Novotel Hotel Manly

Room was average at best. Overpriced. Then they tried to charge us 50 dollars for carpark which we didn’t use. Grrr – Yes we were charged for carpark which we do not use or ask to use. They were very hesitant to refund. Required a few phone calls to finally get money back.

Was good – This hotel is nice and the people are friendly. Stayed there when we were moving into the suburb for a few days. Would stay there again if I had to as well. Show details

A nic e place and friendly staff – My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend and we enjoyed the service and views and the local restaurants are great. The staff are very friendly and nothing seems too much to ask for

ice for the white wine I brought with me I rang room service who transferred me to restaurant who never answered I then rang room service no answer and then rang every number on the phone no answer so I rang reception told them and they had some finally brought up.

When we went to bed that night the sheets were not even tucked in under the bed and the cover on the quilt was not even done up.

The next morning at breakfast we waited for 32 minutes just to get a Capachino when I asked how long the man that seemed to he in charge as he was doing nothing but welcoming and seating people said they were busy I looked and no one was even making coffee as she was taking orders on her own.

Poor management needs improvement.
