But the next day, I received a letter that one of the 12 euros worth of goods was out of stock, although it was initially in stock, the seller did not notify me of its absence, and these 12 euros were stuck in my account again. If you buy something for this amount again, you need to pay 12 euros for delivery, because free shipping starts from 40 euros! I wrote a lot of letters to support asking them to either replace the missing one with other products or return money to my card or deliver new products for 12 euros for free, as this is entirely the seller's fault, but they sent auto-replies to everything or denied any option. Ordered without membership on March 21st. Complained 10 days later when nothing came, was told to wait, my order was being processed.
