Great service even 4 years post build – Bought a nu-style home - Daniel Bertoli builder via a developer in Jan 2019. Great house. Really nice inside, well insulated, wearing well. night I had a roof leak in a storm due to a drain blocked with an empty plastic bottle (ie not his fault at all). Everyone told me it would no longer be covered by builders warrantee (4 years post build- leaks are usually one winter only ) so was looking at $1000 insurance excess. Emailed Daniel who rang right back and said no worries he’d fix it for me.

Awesome service and great house.
