Nu-Style Living

Great service even 4 years post build – Bought a nu-style home - Daniel Bertoli builder via a developer in Jan 2019. Great house. Really nice inside, well insulated, wearing well. He sorted out a minor issue identified on the building inspection straight away when I was buying. Later I emailed and he was super helpful sending me building plans (wanted to know room dimensions). Last night I had a roof leak in a storm due to a drain blocked with an empty plastic bottle (ie not his fault at all). Everyone told me it would no longer be covered by builders warrantee (4 years post build- leaks are usually one winter only ) so was looking at $1000 insurance excess. Emailed Daniel who rang right back and said no worries he’d fix it for me.
