from the courier I have paid during the purchase to get it delivered. At no time did the courier even attempt to deliver the product and Nude by Nature are refusing a refund because the products have not been returned.

Great product – Absolutely love nude by nature, I have been using the loose powder for years. Only thing I am not happy about is the change of package. The new container is horrible. At least with the old packaging you could shake what you needed into the lid. I am not a fan of new packaging at all. I feel I'm wasting so much.

Love pretty much every product! Money well spent – Easy to navigate store. Many different products available although not a huge range of colours so hard to pick the perfect one for your skin tone. Brushes are soft and the gift packs are value for money except a lot of the packs have the same thing with only one or two products different. Overall happy and love the products

The new container for their loose mineral powders is so bad that I can't even get the powder out. I can't even remove the inner lid with the weird mesh to replace it for one that works because it's like glued in place or something.

tries to settle with one, for example I hated the Satin Matte Perfect Skin Filter, it was way too sloppy, gave nowhere near enough coverage & dried all cakey on my face. Yet the Hydrating Moisture Infusion is brilliant & suits my look/skin type perfectly. If you're happy with classic looking make-up that performs every day & isn't too expensive I recommend giving Nude by Nature a trial. Another winner for me was the fact that the company does no testing on animals & is PETA certified as cruelty free.

strong enough and maybe need to make opening to the mascara container abit wider so brush doesn't grasp onto it and flex which causes stress on handle stem bit :-(

Awful – Do not order from this company. I had an issue with a product & they just do not respond. There is no telephone number only an email & they just ignore.

they emailed me saying they can’t send me the product and will give me a refund in 10 business days. I purchased this item during a sale and would prefer to have my product instead. They have had my money for 7 weeks and it will be 8 weeks before I get the refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! BB cream hardly filled – I notice a review of seven months ago re half filled product & NBN’s reply. I too purchased the BB Cream which certainly has NBN’s reply about room for product, lots of room in the tube I purchased. While the cream itself is satisfactory I won’t buy it again as it’s not cost efficient if NBN continues with its current packaging. I recommend a replacement tube for the lady whose review I’ve read, & one for me.

reading reviews i do not think i would purchase the newer products. I have been out yesterday and found product on special at local chemist . Worried now i would be disappointed and wasting my money on a product i have been happy for yrs with . it is time to replace most of my goodies .. veil , primer , blush , what i call the foundation powder . i still have bronze, i dont use it a lot , found the shade i bought not right for me ... I did find a couple of items in my last purchase a little light on content and i have used it quicker than expected.

I personally, once i found i could purchase through chemist have been happy over all with the products. ( use to purchase from make up shop but they have closed down :( . )

Disappointing, definition eyeliner is useless – Definition eyeliner is terrible. It's like water and drips when it's applied. It also hurt my eye and my eyes and skin are not normally easily irritated. Very disappointing.

Allergic reaction from primer – My 14 year old just had a reaction to a nude by nature primer that I purchased her in a small make-up kit for Christmas.I will be chucking the whole lot in the bin! Warning to parents do not buy for your teen girls...what a joke. You'd think you be safe buying a made in Australia product especially when its called Nude by nature....makes it seem like a more natural product.

New packaging is unusable! – I have been a very loyal Nude by Nature customer and have been using your mineral powders and mineral veil for 15 years+. Don't buy from NudebyNature - buy from a Chemist! – They do not have customer service! No response to a request to return a product that was nothing like the colour advertised.....no phone number. Left messages on their website and emails. Not trusting them to refund as they don't appear to have any customer service at all. If you do like their products, BUY FROM A CHEMIST! AT LEAST THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU!!! Would rate 0 if I could.

Allergic reaction – Bought the Medium pressed powder, apart from the colour being too orange, after using 2 or 3 times I have had an allergic reaction and come out in itchy spots all over my face. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Very disappointing product – I purchased the BB cream on the recommendation of the assistant in my local chemist shop. During my lifetime I have used several brands of foundation and BB cream. Never have I had any adverse reactions. Every time I use the Nude by Nature BB cream my face breaks out in red blotches and small pimples.As I'm in my 70's I don' think the pimples are a teenage age thing ! As a retiree I am not happy with wasting my money.

New Powder foundation packaging sucks! – You get less product in a bulkier container that is crappy to use. The net means you can't see or gauge how much product you are picking up and also means you can't use the last of it when it's running low. I have been a loyal customer for over 1p years, this will be the last one I buy.
