Nappies never arrived. Excuse after excuse over seven months – I ordered nappies in December 2012. It's now mid July 2013 and still no nappies. cancer, she lost details .... blah blah blah. I have filed a complaint with Office of Fair Trading for a full refund (over $700). Do not order from this company.
no delivery, no refund, seven months and nothing but excuses
Shocking service and no delivery – Ordered $200 worth of nappies and waited 5 months with only 2 replies over 5 months to my endless emails after being promised they were only 4 weeks away. In both replies i kept getting promised they were on their way. Requested a refund numerous times and had to keep pushing to get money back. I was very patient but never again!
Totally dodgey – Ordered nappies in Feb for delivery 'late march'. Did not arrive. Have sent numerous emails and left messages with no luck. Told by [name removed] (a helper?) last week that [name removed] mother has ovarian cancer and she can no longer fulfill business commitments. ago (presumably prior to [name removed] mother being 'diagnosed with cancer'). I note from website today you can still purchase goods so god knows how many people are making purchases now that won't be honoured. Do not buy from this company. I am reporting them to office of fair trading and scamwatch etc. And will post on any forums that are relevant.
They are cheats.
Terrible service – Nappies didn't arrive. Awful response, slow and unprofessional. Still no delivery or refund. Should be shut down. Seem to spend all time working on website rather than orders. Have never returned calls or answered phone. Taking advantage of new parents who don't have time to complain and who are taken in by their advertising.
Buyer beware – Purchased nappies for December delivery only to be told they were not in stock. I requested a refund and heard nothing back. Lodged a dispute with Paypal and emailed to let them know. Head back saying they were too busy to refund, but would 'look into it'. My only regret is not doing more research on these guys before parting with my money. no response to emails, terrible customer service
Worst online purchase experience – After making a purchase online with Nurture Nappies in Sept 2012 (credit card charged on 28 Sept) we followed up to request a copy of the invoice due to an email address error. of the invoice and our goods and got no reply. Two days later we emailed again and got no reply. Another two days later we called a left voice message. Another three days later we emailed again and politely expressed our concern about the lack of communication and tried to call the office again. We then finally got a reply that the goods would be sent in 48 hours (still no copy of the invoice). Nine days later we followed up again to see if the goods had been sent and received no reply. We then disputed the transaction with our bank and a few days later the bank credited our account, pending their investigation. Another 19 days after that (apparently the seller has 45 days to prove the transaction was valid) Nurture Nappies sent the package (we know this from the Australia post tracking service). We received the package on 26 November and still have not heard anything fron Nurture Nappies since they told us they would send the goods within 48 hours on 16 October (which was already after multiple follow ups by phone and email).
After receiving the credit for the disputed transaction on 31 October we sourced the goods from another online supplier and promptly received the goods. When weeks later we received the original order from Nurture Nappies we were told we needed to return it via registered post so that the seller could not successfully dispute the transaction. Now we are out of pocket for registered post and out of pocket a hell of a lot of time in chasing this up and disputing it. We do a lot of our shopping online, and online retailers generally make a point of having prompt and efficient communication - its their lifeblood. Nurture Nappies is the worst online shopping experience we have had. Unsatisfactory communication and simply did not do they said they would do. They took no action until after we were in dispute.
Hopefully this saves someone a similar experience.

Do not buy from these guys! – I ordered some Bum Genius nappies from these guys in February of this year. My credit card was charged and I awaited the arrival of my order. things happen that are beyond our control, but I was dissapointed that I was not informed re the status of my order, nor was I told that in fact these nappies were on back order. I did not hear from Nurture Nappies for another 6 months when I was told that at last my order was soon to be dispatched. Another month I waited until I contacted them again wanting to know where my nappies were only to be told they could not find record of my order. At this point, my patience..... and I had been very patient with these people...... had run out and I asked for a refund. Which I am glad to have received.
Appalling customer service
Sham – Buyer beware! I'm $1000 out of pocket on a large supply of bum genius nappies and accessories. Someone named [name removed] has promised these for 4 months and there have been 34 emails and several messages left with no answers. No product, no eta, no tracking, and no refund has been provided. We are disputing the charge and reporting to fair trade. Never received item.
They also told us item would arrive soon and never did. We also were told we would receive a refund soon and never did.
Appalling Business – Paid for some nappies that were to be delivered in a month or so. Waited over 2 months before contacting them. Told they will arrive in 1-2 weeks. Over 3 weeks later and nothing still (and no contact or apology). Requested a refund and that was agreed. However, a month on from that promise and several unanswered emails and no refund forthcoming. Next step, Office of Fair Trading. Incompetence, lack of communication, deceit
