Cheap Product with no available Spare Parts – I purchased this as a backup to the Nutribullet, mainly for the caravan. Until a year ago when I blew up the nutribullet. So I have been using this nutrifusion as my main blender. The base with the blades, has seized and replacements are non exexistent I have found. I see, plenty of parts for the bullet and magic etc, but not for the cheap fusion… Read more

700. DISGUSTING. Never again Nutrifusion, poor back up service is a major reason consumers don't come back. Listen to your customers for a change. Grrr. Off to buy a Nutri bullet now. Cheers

Poor product design and no spare parts – Well the machine chews up the o ring seals and you are unable to get replacements. Poor product design. Plus if you do get new blades to just replace the o ring in your existing blade holder it is something like 20.00 dollars plus p and h.Bloody expensive o ring in my book. Must be better machines out there. Show details

Good value, effective blender, but parts are not available – This blender is very effective and quite noisy. I tried cheaper blenders, but found that any blender that under $100 is only good for occasional use and died in a few weeks. I have used this one every day for 2 years. It quickly blends frozen berries, fruit, and all kinds of smoothies. So why not 5 stars? Well if you don't tighten the lid very… Read more

tightly, the seal can get drawn in to the blender. The result is blueberries sprayed all around the kitchen and if you don't switch it off within half a second the rubber seal gets chopped up. Now I'm guessing that could happen with most blenders, and fortunately this one came with several cups and lids so with careful use it took over a year to run out of seals. The problem is that you can't buy replacement cups, blades or seals. so if it dies out of warrantee you are stuck. Fortunately with a little stretch the Nutribullet seals fit and that got me out of trouble for a while, but now the little prongs on the cup that allow it to operate the blender safety switch have broken off leaving it inoperable. So I'll give the more expensive Nutribullet a go, but if I was short on cash I would buy another one of these.

Not dishwasher proof cups - melted! – I regularly pop the cups in dishwasher on the 'normal' cycle (advertised as dishwasher friendly) but unfortunately 2 just came out warped! Nothing different! So disappointed as can't be used again. Show details

Lessons Learnt With Nutri infusion 1200 – I love this machine and have used it almost continuously for 12+ months with no issues - until it came time for replacement parts - they are just not available - what a shame - I need new replacement seals and of course you can't find them. I bought this at a local country store - and now I am going to have to somehow make the seals - I'll adapt… Read more

some other seals - and the local plumber is helping me. I write this because it is such a shame that the "seller" - appears to take no responsibility for ongoing support for their product. No wonder the young people despair about the waste on the planet. I will figure this out - but it's not good service.

Excellent Blender – Love this blender. I use it for chopping nuts which is more economical than buying as chopped. I'm not much of a cook and mostly use the blender for a great variety of smoothies, does a fabulous job. The only negative, and this would apply to all blenders, the seeds from raspberries and other fruits with tiny seeds is that these get imbedded into the silicone seal. Fortunately seals are available for purchase, yay. Show details

The cup cant be removed - no lunch – I purchased this unit 2 years and at first found the cup difficult to remove. I use it intermittently and eventually mastering the task. I thought you (me) just doesnt have the strength!! and I didnt like how it began automatically from the power point. Today I put in my lunch, it was difficult to get the cup to line up with the screw on the… Read more

machine, eventually success with gentle and patient manouvering. But now, no lunch, the unit and the cup cant be separated. Is there a connection between the difficulty at the beginning of the preparation of my lunch, probably after reading the reviews - the cup may have been in the diswasher and about the strength in my hands - not an issue. An appliance should not be reliant on strength. Not happy.

Cups Warped First Time In Dishwasher – Was a present for my son's 21st and the first time he put the cup in the dishwasher it warped and is unable to use again. Despite the marketing saying it is dishwasher safe, it isn't. Have searched high and low for replacement cups, but they don't exist. Nutribullet does provide replacement cups, but not this brand. Don't recommend it. Show details

Seal chopped up – I had 2 seals, one chopped up during use. I also had to remove parts of a rubber seal houssing the blade. It will work well until the final seal is chopped. Repeated tries for a replacement seal across media platforms unsuccessful. Suggest you look for an alternative blender. Show details

What a piece of garbage – Who makes products that are not dishwasher safe! Only good for garbage now as it warped on the first run through the dishwasher. It's a modern world with materials that are dishwasher safe like the previous blender that lasted 8 years. Do not waste your time or money with this. Show details

What a joke - the thing chewed up it's rubber gasket and now I cant get a replacement gasket – I rang the number 1800890840 looking for replacement seals for Nutrinfusion 1200 and was told I could not buy replacement seals they only sold replacement blades at 19.95 + p&h that included one seal only - now it was the blade which chopped up the seal because the seal had dropped out of it's casing - If I buy a new blade it's going to do the same thing - solution? straight to landfill & then buy a nutribullett Show details

Do not buy this product – We bought this product in Jul 2022 and after 7 months the seal destroyed itself. Although the product works really well, once the seal is gone, it’s useless & the agent doesn’t keep seals. The agent in Australia refuses to take responsibility so DON’T BUY ANY TV SHOP PRODUCTS. Show details

Hopeless – When you pay over $100 for an item, you expect it to last for a while but this died within months (3-4). It was not used regularly and the blending times were followed religiously. I am very annoyed and even infuriated by the poor quality. I have never put this into a dishwasher - only hand washed. What more could I do and yet it lasted a ridiculously short period of time. Certainly not worth the money spent!!!!! Show details

Mine broke and is useless to me and has sat in my cubboard for a few year like brand new but parts fell off can’t blend – The actual base in German parts fell off so totally useless all the extra parts and pieces are still sealed in plastic brand new but the base doesn’t work to blend so waisted money Show details

seems okay but have only used it a couple of times so far – Machine blends well, even frozen fruits. My complaint is the absolute rubbish design of the sipper lid. The opening is near the middle of the lid and it's impossible to get the last of your drink or smoothie without taking the lid off. Also the flap cover on the sipper has to be held out of the way when using because it doesn't lock. Because of the sipper lid I would say it's a very poor imitation of other similar machines. Show details

Blade collars crack causing leak into base unit - cheaply made with poor quality materials & def not worth $ paid!! – Initially thought was ok (not as good as expected tho as always had lumps in bottom of smoothie - usually the banana!?!). Purchased it after sons car crash as his jaw wired shut for 3months and used it couple times a week with no probs. away in cupboard lolz). Thanks to menopause I dug it out cpl weeks ago only to find that on first use it started leaking into base & leak gets worse with every use. Cause of leak = blade collar has cracked in several places on the centre raised ring. Same thing on grinding blade collar and cracks appearing now inside top of base unit. Never put in dishwasher either - I wud say cause is cheap plastic that goes brittle very quick or not strong enough for type of use. Interesting that earlier model recall reason was for base unit not being sealed properly and liquid entering base unit causing fires - I would say that root cause was collar plastic cracking causing leaks in first place. Most reviews of this model bought around same time I did mention leaks after couple months of use so not something I did to cause. totally gutted stopped using it after first 3months as now out of warranty period - it would have cracked well before 12months if had kept using (based on other reviews). Still guna try to get refund or at least replacement collars tho - fingers crossed. Maybe they started using better quality materials before they discontinued product. Hhhmmm wonder why discontinued & no longer being manufactured?? Faulty design maybe or just too expensive to make when use plastic of good enough quality for intended use lol.

If you’ve had same problem with your nutriinfusion 700 please support my quest for refund or replacement by adding comment “I agree” - hopefully enough people do this so that they have to recognise/admit perhaps poor manufacturing and/or poor quality materials were used and do right by their customers.

But as per other customers comments I’m picking they’ll say just standard wear & tear or caused by incorrect use. Or just flat out refuse to even discuss or consider refund/replacement no matter what problem or cause is - bet they just respond with “out of warranty period sorry can’t help u” (= boo hoo don’t care). $100 is a lot of money to spend for what turned out to be a cheaply made piece of crap!! Do not buy this if u want quality, value for money or plan to use it often or for very long - Cause it won’t last!

From NZ customer PS - seals r all good & not leak cause.

Due to suction ceiling lid very disappointed – Very disappointed on the seal blade this unit seals too much and you cannot get the lid off.I rely on vitamised foods and have actually had three of these now and each one has ended the same way been thrown away because of the lid seal too tight and cant be removed,I'm so disappointed in this unit. Show details

Leaves lumps and seal found in milkshake – As with many others, a seal flipped into what I was blending and got cut up. No replacement seal, so my sharp blade attachment leaks. Almost everything’ I make is lumpy. lumps get pushed up to the top and won’t drop down. So I have to keep opening it up and scraping them down. Show details

Very disappointed – Just rang the company to be told they do not hold stock of the seal that fell out and got cut on the blades after only a few weeks of use. I thought the blender was great, but what is the use if I can't get spare parts for a seal that falls out? Very disappointed. Show details

It is dangerous – The rubber ring falls into blender ends up in your drink and importers won't honor Warranty and you can't buy ring without buying full cutter section not satisfied and it was still in warranty. November 10th 2019 Update: Don't buy Do not buy anything from brand developers as they do not give any help when things go wrong.and they do not sell small parts you always seem to have to buy more then the part you need. Show details

13 months on the drive has failed rendering this product useless – I can see why it was discontinued $140 from jb hifi in Aug 2018 and then 10 of September the drive from the motor breaks. What a Waste – Similar problem to others in that it started to make a horrible noise and the black plastic spinning base wore away. Now it goes to landfill with all it's extra hard plastic components for the next 1000 years. Makes me so angry.
