4 Yoyo  · This is very good – Many cups to store different things from juice to blended verges etc
3 Marten  · OK product for the price – OK product for the price you pay for. It started making some burning smell after a while.
4 Simon  · Not bad – A bit over priced, you have to cut contents into small pieces, otherwise the blades won't touch it.
5 Rez  · Powerful – Fantastic product Reliable Fast and powerfull however a little bit noidy
5 abdul  · Very useful for daily smoothies intake – I often use this to blend and create smoothies Very satisfied with the Nutri Ninja

Groovy smoothly – Loved the Ninja IQ ! I used it every day for nearly 3 years for my protein smoothies. Just wish it was a little quieter but a great blender non the less. Show details

Terrible – Warning it is nearly impossible to clean. The base will grow mold around the seal and impossible to clean in the seal crevasse. The seal is very difficult to remove to clean without damaging it. Blender is painfully loud. Bearings in base burnt out. Blends well though. I see new models look the same. Don't buy them without researching these issues. Show details

Find something else – The blade part died twice. Seems to be bad bearings as it seizes up and starts to get loud and smell like buring wire/fuse or similar. Lasted less than 12 months. Show details

I can't live without my nutrininja as I need the benefit that it's quick, blends and extracts perfectly – This machine is quick, easy to use and it extracts and blends for more nutritious drinks and food . It has suction cups so the machine doesn't slide on surfaces. It's technology allows me to use it easily and it's easy to clean. Show details

Dirty seal – Try to get the gasket out of the extractor blade you will see how much is in there. Also can not find any replacement for gasket. The book doesn’t even mention it. Otherwise is a wonderful product. Show details

Great Nija iQ blender but didn't last long – Chose this blender on good reviews and also because it could crush ice, which it does very well, however it has only been used to test with ice once, which it did very well. Although when we first purchased this blender, i tested and used it daily over a week period just to see if it sood up to the manafactors claims, which it did and i was very… Read more

satisfied. Since that testing period, the blender has probably only been used once a week, so has had little usage, but unfortunately last week it developed an intermitting fault as in, sometimes it just wouldn't start, which gradually became worse and now doesn't work at all. Although the blender is a few years old, it would only have done light work and operated for probable 5 minuets a week, "if that" and sometimes not used at all for many weeks at a time, so i was extremely disappointed when it stopped working as thought i would have had this blender for many more years. Although being happy with this blenders performance, and considering it has only done light work and used very sparring, I don't think I be will buying another [made in China] Ninja iQ blender. Further to my original review and some years on, I decided to try have this blender repaired, but the cost for parts and labour were to high, so came up with a simple fix and I installed an on/off toggle switch that bypassed all the electronic features, and it worked a treat, I now have my Ninja back, only difference is that now its no longer automatic and although i can make the blender do all as before, its now a done manually via the toggle switch.

Fantastic Durable Equipment and A-1 After Sales Service – I completey love this machine. I purchased the Nutra Ninja Auto iQ 1000w six years ago using it every day, sometimes twice if I swim in the morning with a frozen fruit smoothy. I eventually wore out the extractor blade bearing and was pleasantly surprised it was only $34 delivered very quickly from Mann & Noble. When I unpacked it I discovered… Read more

the 6 prongs on the base motor unit, didn't align with blades which is detailed on a bright yellow caution info card within. I called customer service at Mann & Noble who explained this was a rare release and unfortunate for me, so to help they sent another base motor unit so I would be happy at a very generous price. Yes it is a little noisy as its performing an incredible task blending frozen foods so I wear earmuffs to protect my hearing, although the new unit is much quiter i found and dont always need earmuffs. Be very careful to tighten the extractor lid properly or you can have a disasterous leak into the motor. Mine only began to smell electrical after 6 years of use and probably from the bearing failure of pro extractor blade causing duress on the motor. Nutra Ninja represents fantastic value and terrific quality as well as their gold class customer service.

Makes (Made) a good smoothie but Extractor Blade Siezed! – Another over priced appliance that under delivers in longevity and overall quality. When deciding at the shops I could physically see and feel the Ninja had the most robust and highest quality blades and construction, it was obvious! Upon purchasing and using for the first time I was honestly super impressed with how well this blended, it really… Read more

made a properly blended smoothie ready to drink! Fast forward not that long into ownership (Less than 1 Year) with occasional use for 1 Person and I noticed it had become fairly noisy, a few weeks later the extractor blade seized. I rang Ninja and they said that part wasn't covered under warranty, they also had no Genuine blades to purchase suitable for my machine. I had no choice but to buy online, between ebay, amazon and every other seller (There was hundreds for sale everywhere which immediately made me realise this was a common problem) I ended up purchasing what was supposed to be an original part and receiving what appeared to be a high quality, yet non-genuine item. Used once and it was so noisy and produced a lot of heat due to the added friction, The Ninja has been in the cupboard since. It is honestly ridiculous how many companies make products that break so soon after purchasing. $200 for a smoothie blender isn't cheap. This could have easily been a 5 Star Review but things need to last longer than 1 year!

Terrible Customer Service. Blades Leak and crack. Very noisy – We recently purchased the Ninja IQ and whilst i initially loved it, my joy soon turned to sadness, as the blade was forever leaking and cracked. I contacted Ninja who said because the blade was not covered under the 12 month warranty they wouldn't replace it. The warranty is rubbish. They take your money and don’t care if you have a problem. Its also really noisy and sounds like a drill. We have to close the door when we use it. Show details

Awesome for a little while. Had more than one. Disappointed more than once – We've had a couple of different ninjas now. They're great at first and really crush the ice very well, especially this model (over the other one that came with assorted containers etc). Unfortunately, the longevity of all my ninjas (we had a two for one deal both times so 4 all up), is subpar. This one turns off on its own, so we have to hold the… Read more

cup a certain way for it to work. It also seems to have reached a deafening noise level! It wasn't that loud in the beginning. Now we're looking for a more reliable brand to do the same job, but it looks like a common issue. I suppose ice crushing takes its toll, but surely twice a day shouldn't be too much.

Blade assembly leaks, not covered by warranty – This is the fourth Nutra Ninja I have had. The blade assembly leaks within twelve months on every Ninja I have had. Customer service says the blade assembly is not covered by warranty as leaks are due to normal wear and tear. The 12 months warranty is therefore useless. Show details

Not a long term investment – The cups have knobs to lock them into the system. These wear down very quickly which then make the system useless and non-operational. Replacement cups are expensive and it is not sustainable to buy new cups every month. Would not recommend at all. Also very very noisy. Show details

Motor shuts off and VERY LOUD – Why have a auto IQ setting when the motor clearly cant handle it.I use this setting alot and it shuts off! even with the pulse setting and i even tried it with water and the auto shut off before the time was finished. Also VERY LOUD blender surely after all these years something should have been done to correct these issues. Its a good blender but could be so much better with some upgrades and fixes... Show details

Awesome little gadget – This is the first product I have every give 5 stars. An awesome little gadget. I've had the Ninja Auto IQ1000 for nearly two years and it hasn't missed a beat yet. Purchased two both failed – Unfortunately most people who write reviews do it early after a purchase and haven't really tested the product. I have purchased two of these for my daughter one after another. Both stopped workinkg just after the 12 month warranty. Not good enough and I would advise others to look for a more reliable product. Show details

Too noisy. Blades give out at the bearing – I have bought 3 of these so far. The first one died after a year, the second after a few months and the third us still going. However the blades die quickly at the bearing and the cups ALWAYS leak. I'm not getting another one. They do a good job of blending though. Crushing nuts isn't too bad, either. Show details

Amazing product with various uses! – I was a bit skeptical at first, as I've spent lots of money on blenders before that have been no good. My partner convinced me to get this one and I am in love. It is amazing. Great for smoothies and juices. We make amazing pasta sauces and cashew cheese. Show details

Blends well but too LOUD – It is loud. It will hurt your ears. Otherwise blends really well even with breaking ice with ease. You've been warned, it is loud and gets louder with age. I've had it for 3 years now. Show details

Fantastic Blender – Great blender to make smoothies or blend. Crushes ice well. The pre-programmed buttons work well to ensure the best blend possible. Is loud, but that is expected for a blender that is this powerful. Comes with 3 different size cups Show details

Love it – Easy to use, but can be very noisy. You can use it to make juices, smoothies and even blend foods when cooking. Press one button and the machine starts blending with the right power to match the foods in the cup. It is very easy to clean and maintain, highly recommended. Show details

Died after 2 years – Most people say that the average blender lifespan is about 15 years. I bought this ninja blender in November 2017 and the motor died out in December 2019. 2 years and it already died out. Hell, my blendtec from 17 years ago still worked when I upgraded, but it sounded weird. It made chunky smoothies and couldn't even make anything that looked… Read more

remotely like nut butters. Both things by old blendtec could do. After 2 years of crap, the motor caught fire. Severe safety hazard, as flames blew out the small vents on the bottom. I threw it in the bin and paid the 800 dollars for the blendtec. To this day, there is still soot on the wall from when it caught fire. I plan on keeping it there so I can remember to not buy a ninja machine. NEVER AGAIN!

Blades seized – That should be ZERO stars. One day (within 2 years of irregular use), we could start to smell a burnt rubber smell. A few days after that the blades seized and I couldn't even turn the blades by hand. I do not recommend this blender at all. Show details

Great blender, very loud though – I had a nutri bullet years ago and the silicone ring kept falling out and breaking so was reluctant to buy this product. I was gifted one for Christmas and it is fantastic. Sometimes have to stop and shake if i've filled it too much. Have to use it in the garage in the mornings as it's so loud but the smoothies are smooth and the power is great! Show details

Its very good, just very loud – This thing is really powerful, and is able to do as the claims say, including crushing ice. Use it mostly for milkshakes, and making soup/blending vegetables. The main issue is its loud, really loud, but thats ok for us. Would recommend buying in the kit that gives you a couple of containers. Show details
