The product itself (after only 6-months of use) was faulty which was an inconvenience however the ‘aftercare’ by the NutriBullet rep was disgraceful, nothing short of lazy… after supplying multiple photos, video & emails to & fro only for the rep to tell me to lodge it through Amazon where it was purchased… shows a complete lack of customer care… next time I’ll just purchase a Ninja… thanks Show details

Really disappointed with this bullet. Have owned a 600 for years but it need replacing. Liked the idea of the extra cups so went for the 900 mega. Completely unusable. The rubber ring that seals the cup to the machine comes off every time I use it. The liquid sprays everywhere, what a mess. Last time I used it, did the usual trick sprayed… Read more

everywhere, I could see the rubber ring in the cup, but I could not unscrew the cup from the machine. Ended up having to break the cup to get it off the machine. Went and bought a similar product from Ninja and haven't had a problem.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Nutribullet UK. My Nutribullet 900 failed due to a clear manufacturing defect far sooner than any reasonable expectation of quality. Despite sending detailed photos proving the fault, their customer service dismissed my claim and offered a pathetic 20% discount instead of a proper repair, replacement, or… Read more

refund.

Their blatant refusal to honor consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is infuriating and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. This company clearly prioritizes cost-cutting over quality or customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money and deal with terrible support.

I have had a total gut full of the bullet. It’s hopeless. This is the second one I have bought just to find the same issue. The rubber ring seal becomes dislodged and wraps around the blade which causes the contents to spray out everywhere. I have another blueberry stained shirt. The product is hopeless. I’m just thankful I wasn’t dressed for work… Read more

as those clothes would have been blueberry stained too. I don’t have my receipt but I would like a refund as I’ve only owned this second one for about 8 months. Sooooo disappointed, will never buy another one.

Most of what you need in a boxed set – The NutriBullet has become a popular kitchen appliance, particularly for those looking to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their diet through smoothies and shakes. Here's a short review: The NutriBullet has revolutionized my approach to healthy eating. Its powerful motor effortlessly transforms a variety of fruits, vegetables, and nuts… Read more

into smooth and nutritious blends. The compact design and easy assembly make it a user-friendly addition to any kitchen and a handy guide for nutritional drink ideas.

What sets the NutriBullet apart is its convenience. The single-serving cups simplify the process, allowing for quick and personalized smoothie creation without the need for multiple appliances or a complex cleanup. The extractor blades efficiently break down ingredients, ensuring a silky-smooth texture.

I appreciate the versatility of the NutriBullet, as it's not limited to just smoothies. It handles tasks like grinding seeds or nuts with ease, adding another layer of functionality to my kitchen routine. Large amounts of Ice and size of cubes may be a problem , but give it a try it generally does most of what you need.

However, like any appliance, it's not without its drawbacks. The noise level can be a bit high,( but not as high as the NutriNinja) and overfilling the cups may lead to leakage. Additionally, it lacks two lids for the two cups provided ( You can get an extra lids for the 900w NB on eBay for around $12 ) The kit does provide a lip ring for drinking straight from the cup not really necessary

Overall, the NutriBullet is a valuable tool for those seeking a quick and convenient way to incorporate more nutrients into their diet. Its compact design, ease of use, and versatility make it a worthwhile investment for individuals committed to a healthier lifestyle. I'd recommend the Nutribullet 900w over the 600w as the added power is worth the few extra dollars, so check the wattage !

Keep an eye open for special prices. Savvy shoppers can save up to $40 on the model number NB9-0807DG last price check was 24 Nov 2023 $69 @ Target ( Black Friday Sale ) - $109 should be around the maximum.

good product , but key parts taking force inside are plastic and will break – just took my 900 apart to clean and service only to discover that screws holding down the sensors and other key aspects are mounted onto plastic. that is the screws screw into irreplaceable plastic housing that will break well before other components. it must have been obvious to designers and manufactures that the design is flawed. just another example of profit before quality. Show details

2nd replacement also Burnt out! – Not doing anything abnormal, but these machines are hopeless, keep burning out - smoking & sparking. They are not able to cope with any more than one blend at a time. They blend well, but useless if you want 2 or more smoothies - One after another! Don't waist your time & money! Show details

Great product! Easy to be damaged – Got it as a gift. Does all the job. The only downside is that the seal part of the cup didn’t last long. It ended up leaking and damaged the base. Had a few cups. Same problems. Ended up upgrading to a better model. Show details

Quick and easy – My blender blew up about 6 months ago and I wanted to replace it with something smaller and reliable, after researching I landed here. It has been used almost daily since I bought it and it is fantastic. No issues with use, if there’s lots of frozen fruits in there extra water needs to be added so it won’t get stuck. I also use it for baby… Read more

purée, easier than getting the stick blender out and washing more dishes than needed.

I have found the blender part slightly difficult to wash but as long as I rinse it or soak it straight away there’s no problems when it comes time to wash it.

In less than a minute my kids have their smoothies and everyone is happy.

There was a burning smell during/after first use but I just put that down to being new because it hasn’t happened since.

Works well, blends really well and is really easy to have sitting on bench all the time – Works great with most frozen foods and ice. Just don't over filk it with liquid as it can leak due to expansion. Is very loud but is very convenient when left in the bench all the time. Show details

It’s ok but noisy and blades don’t last – Good blender but the blades are not good enough and require constant replacement. We’ve had this blender for 1.5 years and use it daily for a smoothly. It’s been good to use except you have to be aware of the following: 1. It’s very noisy and will wake the neighbours 2. It gets louder and louder as the bearings rust away inside the blade 3. You… Read more

have to completely wash and air dry the blade before you store it away by shaking excess water off and not screwing on a cup until the next day 4. You can only use the blender for a minute or so. It’s not designed for continuous use or even back to back use 5. Blade bearings are poor quality and only last 9 months with light use. They are not replaceable so you need a complete blade unit.

extra $ spending in a long run – I have purchased a nutri bullet blinder NB. 201 few months ago and I've ended up replacing three times the blades due to the unbearable noise the machine makes every time we use it.

Don’t buy this – Don’t buy this product, I purchased from good guys and after 6 months it stopped working and these people didn’t fix it by saying it’s our fault for not using correctly, how do use correctly?? We just follow the instructions, I’ll never buy this product again. Show details

Dumpster fire of a product – My NutriBullet caught on fire one day out of the blue. I contacted NutriBullet Australia and someone got back to me initially asking for photos (which I provided) and then all communications stopped. I emailed about 20 more times and was ignored. never heard back. It was such a crazy experience to just be completely ignored by their customer service team! Especially when there is such a high consumer risk related to this issue.

Not a great blender – Constantly leaks, been barely 6 months, blending power is terrible. On top of that cleaning the blades is impossible because the design is such that gunk accumulates and cannot be cleaned by blending with soapy water or using a sponge/ cloth. Not dishwasher safe either- everything but the blade attachment is Blades attachment kept accumulating so much gunk that I had to throw it out. Truly a waste of money.

As expected – Not as good as the Ninja. Powerful enough but the spindle was replaced at the 2 year mark and we may need another soon, product now 3.5 years old. Still works but one of the 3 plastic base inserts is broken/faulty meaning you often can’t remove the canister. It’s a good product but quite cheaply made. Show details

UNRELIABLE PRODUCT – I received the NutriBullet as a gift, when I used it, it was faulty the seal was broken, all my liquids were spilling everywhere. I replaced the product for a new one, and the new one started doing the same! I messaged NutriBullet to let them know and their response was very below par. I would not recommend buying this product, invest your money elsewhere. Show details

Be alert when you smell burnt or see rust powder – I had mine for five years and i didn’t use it everyday, maybe fortnightly on average. But all of a sudden one day last year when i was using it, it burst out a smoke of brown powder out of i didn’t know where and it covered all over the bench top. This powder smells rust metal. I thought it still blends well and rust powder seemed to be coming… Read more

from the other side of the blade so should be alright. Until yesterday i searched online and saw so many negative reviews about this brown rust or oil from nutribullet. And this brown rust can get into the blender cup mixing with your food….. Please be alert if you find the blade is not turning smoothly when you wash it or you smell metal when the motor is running or you see brown rust/oil coming out, you should stop using it right away and change the blade part. I only regret that i found out so late. If you google reviews, nutribullet had this issue since 2013, and so far nothing has changed. Also i find cleaning the rubber ring of the blade part a pain. If you don’t take the rubber ring out and clean the ring and the groove, you will get mould. I still have two new blade parts to use but once they break, I won’t buy nutribullet in the future.

9 months before motor died – Got it 9 months ago using frequent flyer points. Used it sparingly yet today the motor died (with a burning smell). Our previous bullet juicer (cheaper brand) lasted 5-6 years and was actually still working but had just gotten noisy. Won’t be replacing it with another from this brand! Show details

A one life product – I had owned 2 nutribullets, the original and the balance, the first one ok, but the balance got a short circuit and could not get the memory card, I wrote to the company and they could not help, I asked why they do not offer the parts of it’s own product when it is detachable? They went around the bush, Therefore nutribullet is just a one life product. Show details

Worst customer service, delay in shipping product – Purchased NutriBullet Twist blade, as the one came with NutriBullet didn't last over 2months. Its been one week since I placed the order and they have not even shipped it.. I asked for a tracking number they gave me one that doesn't even work, I suppose it will work when they get time to ship the product..

A couple of small issues – I purchased this blender at the end of last year and every time I have used it I have noticed a running theme. It makes a strange smell, like burnt steel. (Never smelt anything like this so could be wrong on the smell) Also it does leak a tiny bit out the bottom where the lid is screwed on. No matter how tightly I screw it on. deal but it does get annoying with cleaning. I initially brought it to make baby food which mixes vegetables and fruits with ease, however it is very loud to where my newborn can hear it at the other end of the house and starts screaming. I do love the design though and works great.

Doesn’t last, multiple issues – This was great for maybe 6 months. Had to get a part (blade) replaced within the 12 months. Also it’s become extremely noisy (I had one and my partner also bought one both had this issue.) And both developed the habit of coming apart while operating making a total mess, no matter how tightly done up. After owning two I’ll not buy another… Read more

NutriBullet again. Never had any of these issues with the old fashioned magic bullet. Can only assume it’s typical of going with cheaper parts to make a cheaper product that won’t last just adding to the land fill. I’d rather pay double. If I’d written a review in the first 6 months it would have been 5 stars.

Either the blades is stuffed or the motor dies within one year – Had two given as gifts in the past three years. Both have stopped working. Either the blades and blending cap gets loose and rusty, or the motor dies straight after a one year warranty. Needed this blender to blend congee and puree for baby and now very disappointed that it leaks and there's rusty smell in the food after blending. We just thought… Read more

we were unlucky so purchased a third, hoping it will last two years with two babies to feed. We use is three to four times to blend soft foods such as steamed vegetables or boiled chicken with rice and leafy greens.

Blades get dull after a few months, noise level is loud and scares the one year old. This third one got burnt just a fee days after the one year warranty. Contacted them for help. Was told to send photos and descriptions which I complied to. No feedback since.

Poor product for such as high price. Should have switched to a ninja or kmart brand. Brothers ninja has been flawless for two and a half years! The blades on ninja is longer and easier to clean.

Another problem is the three point system for clipping the blender cap. Often gets stuck. Wife can never get it off without spilling it's contents. Very finicky design. Ninja has four points, secure but also easier to remove.

Customer service is lacking and no response. I won't be coming back to nutribullet again. Please steer clear of second hand or used nutribullets, you'll get what you pay for.

I am very disappointed, I have been wanting Nutribullet since its launch and so this happened to me..I have owned a cheap blender for 5 years and this never happened. Show details
