Stay well clear of this company. Wanted to purchase windows 7 Pro and pay by PayPal but I was not able to use that payment method. Online chat did not fix the problem but the online person was very keen for me to pay using credit / debit card. NO WAY!!! Not unsurprisingly now, the after-sales support disappears and the "help" messages stop.

Do NOT use this seller.

I thought I was doing my due diligence by asking all the questions and ensuring things were legit.

When I asked for a refund, I received no response at all, despite several attempts to resolve the issue directly. I am still fighting to get my money back. The lack of communication and accountability is truly unacceptable.

I bought a copy of Adobe from them. that. 5) I referred it to PayPal and the vendor responded saying that they could prove I activated it. Total rubbish, all they could prove was they sent me an email with a download link. 6) I did some digging - there was a readme file in Chinese, which when translated clearly showed features that had been bypassed (cracked). It also had a readme file from VPOSY the Chinese (not so good cracker) that cracked it. 7) I researched VPOSY and he/she has a large number of unhappy punters with broken cracked software. 8) I called Adobe and they said "no serial number, will not help" because it's fake. The vendor isn't approved as an Adobe agent. 9) Their business address is fake. 10) I have contact MS Gold Partenr program and reported them - MS does not tollerate piracy.

So this crowd now called NX-software (phoenixed) are as bent as a 9 bob note. AVOID at ALL COST!!!!
