I don’t know how to rate this? I bought a pair of jeans as a gift. The person is a 34 however the sizing was not right. I contacted Nena & Pasadena to change to a different size. Jeans intact with tags & bag they came in. They would not exchange because it’s been longer than 30 days!! I do not recommend this company. I simply wanted an exchange not a refund & they wouldn’t do it!!! Show details

missing item – placed a order for three pair of pants and only received two. sent three emails asking for my money back or if they could send me the pants i ordered and got no response. only shop with culture king or KSCY they have real integrity and customer care!
Poor quality – Shirts are of very poor quality and will not last a couple of washes before they fall apart and become that thin you can see through them.
Terrible label – A horrible label that exploited women when they began. I suppose they say it’s all different now but why would you put a naked model on a t shirt to make money? Must be desperate only teenage people wear this if your a adult and wear this label l feel sorry for you. There is better out there than these lame T-shirts.
Poor quality, lazy manufacture passed off as unique – Very nice shorts,but have never had an item which runs so much colour. After two washes it still runs horribly. Label says dont rub up against light coloured items. Ridiculous. Show details
Cloth quality is poor – I bought the first time this brand. It's jeans (flight model) cloth quality is poor, I mean tick fabric also touching feel is hard. My idea it's never worth $130 for this jeans. You can get Mavi brand or Levis much more quality.

quality control and if the items are inspected upon arrival into Australia and they said "no, straight from China to store and if any quality inspection it would be done in China". The store didn't want to know about it. Color Poor quality, three holes.
Love their stuff – Great Quality Melbourne owned, designed, and made clothing for affordable prices. Impeccable fit and the design is fresh and up to date, only downside is that I cant find more of the designs I fall in love with. They need more XS sizes too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new look to go with their individual style Design, Australian Made and Owned, Relatively Inexpensive Low Availability, Not enough smaller sizes
