I ordered a dress and got nothing like in the photo. I don't even know what to call the material I just got. Its actually clearly fraudulent. Do not buy anything from this company.

Chinese company with no returns - be warned This is a Chinese company set up to look like a reputable online fashion retailer. Don't be fooled by the name and website. Returns must be posted to China with 'low value' required on parcel so it is not stopped at Chinese Customs. Company prefers to offer 10% refund in lieu of returns; though with persistence I got 25% refund. This seemed better than potentially no refund and no dress to sell on marketplace. Even the customer service has an English name 'Lucinda Browne'. What a scam.

WARNING. Do NOT order from them. They take your money and NEVER return. Even if you return immediately you wont get your money back. I shipped back to the address they provided and it has been 1.5 months and they tell you they have not received it. Do NOT purchase from them. You will lose all of your money regardless of what they say on their website.

See pics. The dress s paper thin and totally see through. Has no shape. Colour isn’t accurate. I have purchased better for $5 from Temu. This dress cost me $69!
Follow-up · They offered full refund on product once returned at my cost or 10% refund without returning. I received my 10%. No use for the dress though. I have read negative feedback on not receiving the full refund once item returned, hence why I chose 10%

2 garments, dreadful quality, disgusting fit, now they won’t honour their free return policy as stated on website. Fobbed me off wanting photos then offered a discount. Saw another review where the person paid return postage still never got a refund. I’m $150 out of pocket so reluctant to pay postage and lose more.Thieving ratbags steer clear.
Follow-up · Tracking showed return was received, they never refunded my card. What a mob of thieves.
