whole process felt rushed, which made the final result even more disappointing. To make things more difficult, the salon only accepted cash, which she wasn’t told beforehand. Overall, she left feeling frustrated and let down.

Although she went back, and they reshaped her nails for free, she will not return here for her nails, and from what I hear, I would not recommend either.

Love having my nails done by these ladies so helpful. Huge range great prices I wouldn't go anywhere else

Gel manicure – Very arrogant attitude and no manners, appalling! I was at Odyssey Nails yesterday. It was a shoddy n quick job. After 2 coats my nails looked uneven and bumped up in places. to address it not shout in front of others. By now I was at the counter to pay. Then she grabbed my hand to drag me to the seat to correct it. I told her, no need to drag me, I can walk. Then she filed that mail a little and applied another top coat, wasn’t any better and it looks too thick now. I paid 15% tip (shouldn’t have paid tip for this treatment) while leaving there no Thank you. So I didn’t thank either. She just turned and walked away. Very rude and disappointing.

Charged me surcharge fee of $5 – First time going into Odyssey nails at Highpoint as we were in the area. When I paid for my mother’s manicure and pedicure by eftpos - she charged me $5 surcharge fee. It’s bad enough that their prices are overly expensive but to a heft surcharge fee, it’s not meant to be more than 1% or 1.5% of the total value. Never going there again, rip off for sure.

Tooronga store - Shocking service re groupon voucher – Went to use my groupon voucher purchased at the end of March 2022 and was advised it had expired. In less than 3 months?! But 8t was the suspicious treatment by the manager that was the worst. Don't sign your business up with Groupon deals if you are not prepared to honour them. I will also follow up with Consumer government department.

Worst service – Richmond salon, The worst service I have ever received, the manager is rude. when I questioned her technique she stood up and yelled at me. They prefer to get you in and out without regard to your needs. Do not recommend.

Poor service – 2 weeks ago I went to transit store at 7.50 pm Friday night and they were closed. Tonight I went at 7.03 and they told me to come back tomorrow

professional she in fact was very rude.The place is discussing and dirty. work health and safety should be notified, had to step over a rubbish bin to get to the sink to wash my hands.

Poor service – I walked in early on a Sunday. I understand how these business work with walk in being the business. I have no problem with that. Got toes done and to be honest job was excellent. me When I sat down again and watched more people come in and my nails still not looked at I got cranky. I left I paid of course. But this is what made me the really cranky. She charged me for the 5 minutes she had done on my. Will while shellac was getting done on toes. Richmond branch I wont be back. I should have not paid for that service but whats the point

Nasty but not so cheap – I rang and booked for shellac on my toenails, getting it done only hours before we flew out for a holiday. $55 for the polish to not even last the car ride home. polish from 2 more nails. 4 days in to the 2 week holiday I had nothing left of the shellac - except the one they had repaired.

Arriving home, I requested a refund. The young girl was so rude and verbally aggressive at the simple request that I was taken aback. I refused to be intimidated by her so eventually I got $30 being told I had received a "pedicure" (which consisted of soaking one foot in a tub while they painted the other) which I never asked for, nor wanted... The whole shellac process took 20 mins from start to finish including drying time - some 'pedicure'??!!

Will never go back and recommend you don't either!
