Worst, worst, worst! – My mom and I booked a day tour to port Stephens in Sydney with Odyssey travel. They informed us that the driver will picked us up in the morning 6:50am in Chinatown. HOWEVER, the driver didn't appear until 8:00am. We stood there waiting for more than 1 hour without any notice. I called the driver several times, he kept us waiting without the slightest compunction. Finally, I told him no waiting any more and we were not going. I finally got in touch with a lady staff after I called the Odyssey travel dozens of times. She showed impatience and rudeness when I told her what I was experiencing. She asked me to find the consultant I booked with, which was off work at that time. I just cannot believe how I was treated, how rudeness and ridiculous these staffs were, how a travel agent like this can survive. Save your time, please avoid.
