We went there thinking it was a pack n send, but it was not. The lady that served us was brilliant, she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought the box and products and packed the box for mailing. All we had to do was take it to the post office, not to mention the price was really good. Two thumbs up from us .

Lets support and shop at company's that supply quality products with a smile – Paul from Office National goes above and beyond by personally hand delivering our order. I don't like the other big name competitor as much now, as they have got rid of all the good quality brands and replaced them with their own brand "Keji" Show details

Dishonest and Unprofessional – I placed an order online on the Friday from the Yeppoon Rockhampton store. The order went through without any issues, stock was definitely available and shipping was free. On Monday morning I received an email stating that because I didn’t live locally to the store they thought I might prefer them to cancel my order and get my items from my local… Read more

store. I said I would prefer to have the order already placed fulfilled. Later that day I received another email stating that shipping would cost more than $25 and my order would be cancelled. It is important to note that my local store did not have enough stock to fulfil my order. Today I received yet another email stating my order would be cancelled, this time stating there is insufficient stock, which is not true because yesterday they did have the stock. I believe the real reason I have been treated so appallingly is that the store had an incorrect price on their website and my order, placed in good faith, went through at the advertised (incorrect) price. I have screenshots of the price stated at the time of ordering, as now the website shows a significantly higher price. This company has breached Australian Consumer Law (I am entitled to buy at the original advertised price) and to make the matter worse the store manager is refusing to take my call. A complaint to Consumer Protection will be made. Don’t buy from this store.

My order has not been received! – I used this company for the first time and I have been waiting over a whole month for my Brother label cleaners I have been emailing asking them where my order is, with no reply. ( WA branch). I am not very impressed with this company at all.

A strange website – Put an order for the first time on this website and get an email after two days like this: “Thanks for your order below. Unfortunately we are not able to supply this product here in WA. I will have a branch closer to you contact you. we are also unable to transfer payment so I will have this VOID.” How come I can still check out when they can’t… Read more

supply the product? Why my credit card has been charged when they say they unable to transfer payment?

Excellent Customer Service – Thanks to Anthony’s invaluable advice, patience, and excellent knowledge of their products and systems, I got a new account set-up in no time, and I was able to place order online for items delivered within 4 days, on time for my workshop. There is always someone who will happily help you over the phone whether you need to add an item to your order already confirmed, or you’d like to check the delivery time. Truly excellent customer service!

Very poor website – The website is absolute waste of time - couldn't register, keep blanking out areas i had already filled in. Not worth my time. Also sent them and email and received no reply.

A little disappointed – A first time user to their website and I placed an order last night. I wasn't able to use paypal as this feature didn't work so I used credit card. I received an order number and an email, although the email appeared blank. I received an email this afternoon advising me .... "Unfortunately all of these items are out of stock with an unknown ETA. … Read more

Apologies for the inconvenience, I will process a refund for you now." Why were these products even still 'available' on the website if they weren't in stock? Certainly won't be going back.

Helpful, friendly, flexible and efficient – I ordered some office furniture from the Thomastown (Vic) branch and found them to be excellent. There was some confusion around the order, but communication was quick and efficient, with the problem resolved easily. Ordered on Monday and furniture received on Tuesday morning. Easy to put together and high quality, so very happy overall
