Take care if you have sensitive skin – PLEASE TAKE CARE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, I developed contact dermatitis. I purchased this product, both Shampoo and Conditioner, from Woolworths Supermarket. After the second use of both products I started to scratch my scalp. I was not sure if I should use it again but the itch disappeared after a day or so, so I thought maybe something else caused the itch as I was away from home and using town water to shower with. So, when I returned home, I tried again for 2 washes. Same thing but the itch this time drastic! So I haven't used it again. However, sadly with the second attempt, I developed contact dermatitis rash below my hairline and down the back of my neck. The rash has been there now for over a month. When the rash gets warm, i.e. wearing a jumper or lying on my pillow, the itch drives me crazy! I haven't been able to find anything to get rid of it so I'm just perservering and waiting for the rash to go away. In the meantime, a cold pack helps when it gets warm.

Neither good or bad – First bottle of this was great. However now I find using it makes my hair really dry and worse. My hair feels like straw the day after using it and my hair is falling out more as well, like it’s weaker or something.

Best conditioner I've ever used – This conditioner is amazing. It makes your hair so silky smooth and smelling fantastic. Other conditioners feel like they make my hair more oily quicker after using but when I use this product my hair looks amazing for a long period of time. It is. Bit pricey but I definitely think it is well worth it.
