Bought Olay Regenerist Day Cream and reacted terribly to it. Stinging, swollen, burning, streaming eyes for hours. Didn’t realise the face cream was causing it at first so continued to use it as I thought it might be bad hayfever or another product. I know it’s definitely Regenerist now as I’ve used it on its own and had the reaction. My skin is damaged, bruised and scaly in places and feels thinner. Never again. Show details
I have used Olay regenerist Micro-sculpting cream in the red jar for 30 years. For 30 years, I promoted and told people it was the greatest because people would tell me how great my skin looked. Now, they (Olay) have changed the formula and it is terrible. My face broke out in red welps that burned & itched. My eyes would be burning and watering.… Read more
Also,my face looked splotchy & awful. Why would someone change a product that really worked? They need to go back to the old formula because it really did work !! I do not recommend this product to anyone. Olay, go back to the old formula and we will in turn start purchasing it again. Myself and thousands of other women would be so happy and pleased !
I have always used Olay Regenerist Night - but in the last month my skin has reacted so badly - red blotches, weeping burning patches of eczema, ive never had sensitive skin like this and use a strong retinol cream in the morning - I stopped using it and used cetaphil plain and my skin got better, but then I put on the Olay again and again it came… Read more
out in this burning reaction - I wonder if they have changed the ingredients to make it cheaper to make?

I'm using Olay Regenerist Revitalizing Hydration Cream UV since long time but now my face is swelling after using it
Red itchy burning skin – I wish I'd read the reviews before using Olay regenerist collagen peptide then I would have known not to use it. After 7 days use I woke to burning, red, itchy skin. I have normal skin and haven't had a reaction to using other products for over 50 years. This stuff is bad and the skin I was trying to improve now looks terrible. Show details
Terrible – Got this half price, thank god as gave me a rash on chin neck and top of eyes. Can't find a contact number as the one listed is disconnected and the chat doesn't work. I use the moistening pink cream in a bottle which is good but this is awful and expensive. How can you sell this and make so much money and people can't even get a refund without… Read more
jumping through hoops. And the return address on internet doesn't even look real. Also why cant I get a refund straight from where I purchased it. Not good and very unhappy
Olay Regenerist revitalising cream cleanser destroyed my face – Olay Regenerist revitalising Cream Cleanser has completely destroyed my face! It destroyed my skin barrier, I have irritated skin now, small red bumps over my cheeks and nose. Thinking why this happened? I have seen this product contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate!! No wonder my skin barrier has stripped away! I have tried healing my face and skin… Read more
barrier with other sensitive products but the red bumps will not go. After 2 months I couldn't handle it anymore. The doctor prescribed me tropical cream to help ease the red bumps and 2 weeks in they are still there. Highly do not recommend this product. I hope this will help anyone who is going through the same thing, you are not alone.
Ouch my eyes hurt no product near them – I have used other Olay products without having any problems. This however does have a chemical called Homosalate 9% in it which the other one doesn't. Don't know if this is what caused the stinging and watering eyes Show details

Am new to this smooth pleasantly scented cream (3 weeks) and my skin is moisturised nicely, especially when the atmosphere is very dry. Didn't know I had tiny bumps on my nose until I spread Olay over my skin. What I like most about this cream is it feels beautiful on the skin. Show details
My regular – I have found the cleanser to be quite gentle on the skin; not drying it out or stripping it, but leaving it fresh and hydrated. The range of anti-wrinkle creams, day creams, night creams etc are also quite nice. I'm on a tight budget and Olay is good quality for the price, especially when it's on special. I have found that a lot of skin products… Read more
trigger my acne, dryness, itching, redness etc, but Olay doesn't seem to have any adverse effects for me personally. I'm not a fan of heavy fragrance but this isn't too bad. Could be better tho.
Very rich and hydrating cream – My skin looks hydrated, glowing and feels incredibly soft. I use the Micro - Sculpting Cream every day and night and for more than 2 Months now and couldn’t be happier. Show details

Smells – Smells like hair colour, I used to use. Used it once, never again. I used the oil of olay years ago, the pink one and it was very good. I use moogoo now, which is the best I have bought. Show details

Do not purchase – I used it for a month and the only difference to my skin was more wrinkles and my poor skin was so so dry. I definitely do not recommend this product. I purchased it thru Chemist Warehouse and there is no spot on their website to give reviews. Show details
Bad Reaction – This cream was given to me as a gift. At first it seemed alright but then I started to get a burning red rash on my face mostly under my eyes and around my mouth. I had to go to the doctors for some prescription cream to heal it. I stopped using this and other creams completely but on the weekend I started using it again because I wasn’t sure… Read more
which cream had caused this reaction sure enough on the second night of using it I woke up with my face sore, itchy, red and burning. No other cream I have used has done this to me, so it is definitely the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Night Cream. Needless to say I have thrown it in the bin.

It's ok – Olay Regenerist Luminous Micellar Water is effective at removing makeup and impurities without feeling harsh. It’s gentle and doesn’t leave a residue. However, I haven’t seen much improvement in skin brightness. The mild fragrance might be a concern for sensitive users. Overall, it’s a solid cleanser but doesn’t deliver significant luminosity. Red burning itching reaction like many others – Within a couple of hours of applying, my face was red, hot to the touch, with small bumps. An extra zyrtec did not help much, but it maybe slowed the progress. Took benadryl at bed time and it was greatly improved by morning but not cleared up. I see oil of Olive's canned and scripted responses. Their taking time to make a canned scripted response is not encouraging. Show details
Irritated my skin - awful reaction – This caused massive irritation! My skin went red and itchy and blotchy. My skin has never reacted to any skin care products before. I do not believe that this has been appropriately tested or there is an issue of quality control. I see this was made in Thailand batch number 90179730 - Olay - we have a problem! Show details
Three Months with Olay Regenerist – After using it for three months later, here's my honest take. First Impressions: The packaging is sleek and clean, and the price tag definitely won me over. I grabbed the Micro-Sculpting Cream (moisturizer) because, hello, wrinkles are my nemesis. The texture is nice, lightweight and creamy, and it sinks in quickly without leaving a greasy… Read more
film. Big plus!
The Good Stuff:
After using it religiously morning and day for three months, I have to say my skin feels great. It's definitely more hydrated, which is a win in my book (especially during these harsh winter months). My skin tone looks a bit more even too, and I think some fine lines around my eyes might be a tad less noticeable? It's subtle, but I'll take it!
The Not-So-Great Stuff:
Now, the jury's still out on the wrinkle-reduction claims. Three months might not be enough to see dramatic results, but I wasn't blown away. Also, a heads-up for anyone with sensitive skin: this does have fragrance, which didn't irritate me, but it's something to consider.
The Verdict:
Overall, I'm happy with Olay Regenerist. It's a solid moisturizer that delivers on hydration and gives a nice glow. But for the price and ease of use, I'd recommend giving it a try!
Ohemgee!!! – I used it Saturday PM and by Monday evening had blisters all over and inside of my nose. Tuesday morning, no skin on my nose. Just dead skin that was sliding off! So painful!! Immediate care Dr. told me to go home and throw it out. He prescribed antibiotic ointment that I need to use 2x per day for 7 days! Show details
Something went wrong – I have been using Olay products for years. I bought regenerist and have been using it about 3 months without incident but last night I used before bed and 3 minutes after I put it on my face started burning, stinging and my eyes were burning. I won’t use Olay again. What the heck happened? That general excuse, likely sent out by corporate about… Read more
the DNA and the inevitable-ness that some will get side effects seems like an. What I think is that the formula has been changed in an effort to cut production costs. This is what’s going on everywhere and a general, made up excuse is always acceptable from these conglomerates because they don’t care, they make money, it’s all that matters. I’m not buying it anymore and it looks like they’ve lost quite a few customers.
Gave me a burning red face – I bought the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Serum yesterday choosing it over the cream as my skin type is oily. Olay advertise it as being non-greasy, however I found it very greasy, especially when I wore make up over it. At the end of the day my face was excessively shiny/oily and my makeup was sliding off my face. I felt so uncomfortable and… Read more
had to wash it off. An experience I’ve never had until I used this product. Another major disappointment is that after two applications it has made my face red, burning, itchy and swollen like many others on this page who have never had any skin issues. I have no known allergies and have never had any allergic reactions to any other skin product. I feel ripped off and am very disappointed considering the price I paid for the product. I will be asking for a refund.

Red itchy skin – Is Olay regenerist meant to resurface my skin because it is turning my skin red with some itching. Please let me know if this is normal like when using retinal. I've never had this reaction in all the years I've been using it. Please let me know how the formula has been changed. I see that many others are experiencing the same effects. Why? Show details

Used to love this product but now it’s burning my skin – I have used this cream on and off for years, buying whenever I could afford it. Last time I used this was about 18 months ago. However the cream I bought last week has left red patchy burns around my chin. It stings when I put it on. I’ll have to stop using this product. I wonder if there have been changes to the formulation? Show details
Mosturise skin but not help to reduce wrinkle – Not bad moisturiser and i have no side effects after using it. The only thing there's no improvement of reducing my deep wrinkle on my forehead and top of my nose (middle of eyes). Show details
REDNESS AND ITCHING – Used Olay products for decades loved the Micro Sculpting line but now I am getting redness, itching and burning. What have done to your products? Why you don't answer the questions from so many women complaining about the same issues? Don't answer me if you will provide the same cut and paste response you provided to others here. Done with using Olay products. Show details
Beware! – I used this product just after washing my face before bed. I awoke during the night with burning skin where I had put the cream. I got up and looked in the mirror to find bright red, burning skin and welts everywhere I put the cream. I had burns all around my eyes, cheeks, and neck. Nowhere on the container is a warning. Terrible product! Show details
Burned My Face – A soon as I put the cream on, my face started burning to a point I couldn't tolerate. I quickly washed off. I used Ponds Cold Cream for sensitive skin - took the burn off right away! I am now using Cera Ve Resurfacing cream with no issues at all. Show details
This cream is sticky – I use olay, never a problem, until micro sculpting cream night. My skin is so sticky and heavy after using it. Stopped using, back to day olay at night , feels good. Dont know what the issue with the night cream is.?? Show details
