Great service, phoned the company on Sunday pm, Arrived Monday very early am. The job was explained to me, and the electrician and apprentice were straight into it. Both workers were very easy to talk to, and the workmanship was to a very high standard. This company is now my go-to for any electrical work

Alex came out and did an amazing job from start to finish. He kept us in the loop with how the job was running and made his work area absolutely spotless when he was finished

After we had waited over a week for another electrician to fix our hot water, Brendon turned up in a couple of hours of my call, identified the faulty element and replaced it in no time. Thanks Brendon.

explained why they have to be dragged kicking and screaming to give info to customers.

A full $1600 of the quote goes to "Margin", and "Overheads", combined. WHAAA???? I have never seen an estimate like it.

$600 for labour, and the remainder in materials.

If you like being charged like a wounded bull, and having to spend hours pushing to get basic quote info, this is the crew for you.

Good grief. Oleada is worthy of an A Current Affair segment. Nick kept talking about his "Business Model". The "model" relies on excessive fees that customers are pushed into blindly accepting, and pressured away from asking for crucial detail

I can't fault the work from this company, especially Alex. Top notch work, completed on time, and exceeded expectations. Great communication throughout the job, which is refreshing as some businesses seemed to have forgotten these days, Alex and Oleada however smashed it. Keep up the great work! Loss of power at home after a tree fell across network power lines and ripped the mounting point from the house fascia and damaged cables leading into the house mains box. Oleada staff provided prompt and timely service. Communication with the company and individual members of staff was good. My questions were answered fully and options, with costings, were provided. Staff arrived at promised times to complete work. The installation team were efficient, friendly, worked well together. They also cleared up rubbish before they left.

All invoices were itemised and administration staff provided assistance during my insurance claim after the job was finished.

Thanks for the excellent work, really appreciated Sebastian getting the work done before Easter. It’s going to be so great to be able to use the kitchen again. Thanks again for everything

We had Oleada electricians here yesterday, they arrived when they said they would, after advising us they were on their way, checked out the job and gave two quotes. Outstanding group of guys. Replaced all of my smoke alarms, exchanged all lights for downright including adding more and upgraded my circuit board. This was done all within a day.
