Ollie Owl

Good start so far – I have had a good experience with the customer service, timely and quick replies from one of the staff. I was using the Complete Sleeprrr pillow for a few years. My first night with the Adult Ollie Owl pillow was good. Slept well and no issues. This is an early review but a good start so far. Fast shipping too. Only complaint is not enough instructions on which side to lie on (tall or low side) but a quick email resolved that.

Doesn’t last – I’m on my second Ollie Owl pillow and am really disappointed by how long it has lasted. After my 1st pillow didn’t last as I expected it would for the price point, I was willing to replace it as the height and comfort at the start was really good. Unfortunately a few months later the 2nd pillow is the same. It flattens out significantly during sleep causing even more neck issues. Wont be wasting money on this brand again.

Terrible customer service – I contacted Ollie Owl to ask where actual stockists were because none of the local stores listed on its website apparently stocked the pillow anymore. I was unable to call because there’s no contact number. After not hearing anything for a week, I followed up. Ollie Owl responded immediately and asked for me to re-send the original enquiry, which I did. Again, I heard nothing in response... I emailed again saying to not worry about it because the customer service gave me no faith in the product. Of course, I had an almost immediate response, simply stating ‘No worries’. There’s obviously a reason stockists aren’t stocking Ollie Owl products anymore.
