I have an error code 13 on my conditioner?
I have error code 13 on the display. What does this mean?
Thanks in advance, /Andreas
Is this a portable unit that can be moved from room to room
What does it mean when people speak about window kits?
Thanks
Yes. It is portable with wheels. Large awkward but light enough to move with one person. IF THE WINDOW TUBING IS STILL ATTACHED 2 PEOPLE IS EASIER. The window kits are adjustble plastic sheeting that the tubing connects to take the moisture and heat out of the room.
The complete window kit is available to purchase for AUD$168:

Thank you for your response : )
Needed details on draining. How do you drain with that little pipe, last summer it let excess water out, but certain there is more in there. Do you have to programme it or switch it off? My question is how do you let ALL the water out and clean the water tank after summer? Surely you don´t just get rid of excess year after year and nbot clean the whole water tank?
Drain the water by removing the plug. No programming, would recommend to switch off. We empty ours at the end of summer, haven’t had any issues. You do realise that the water in the tank is not circulated in the air so it’s not as though you are breathing in any crap – it’s not an Evaporative cooler. We don’t use the little pipe to drain, just remove the plug (outside of course). If you are concerned about the tank not being fully emptied, I suggest you contact Olimpia direct via their website, sorry I don’t work for the company.
What does f1 mean?
Dirty filter - once cleaned, hold down the ON button for 5 seconds and it will reset.
We've just bought this and the instruction manual is a bit useless in terms of fitting it to the window. Can anyone give us guidance on what the screws are for and also if the round piping connects directly to the round hole in the sliding guide, then what is the 'window conveyer outlet' (funnel shaped attachment) for?
I bought mine on the same day as you and am having the same issue. The instruction manual is indeed useless in this regard. Sorry can't help.
I'm guessing you got it sorted by now, however, there is a window spacer, three parts one of which has a hole in it. These spacers slide into each other an the screws fix these in place. There is also a clear plastic flange adaptor. This presses into the hole so the extruding part faces inside. Now connect the flexible hose to the back of the A/C and the other end will fit on the flange. As fore the funnel looking flange this is simply an alternative adaptor if your window is not a sliding type. Ideally you would use cardboard to block of the gaps when using this type of flange. I hope this helps.
