Customer service is very bad and rude people there. Not at all professional, don't stick to the times they promised and keep the customers waiting forever. They charge too much, and they won't say at the front, they lock you and charge heavily. Not recommending at all

about one thing. If you have a broken power window switch in your car, I would advise against letting them change it. Unfortunately, they broke all of my power window switches while trying to pry them open instead of opening the door panel. As a result, it damaged my door panel and left me quite disappointed.

I just wanted to share my experience with you so that you can make an informed decision when it comes to your own car servicing needs. While I was pleased with the overall service, this experience has made me reconsider whether I would take my car back to Om Automotive in the future.
