Very disappointed with the quality of the work. reporting the temp in the ceiling cavity rather than in the house). They did fix that issue after I sent One Air an email with pictures. They ended up taping the ripped insulation foil to the Colorbond sheets (making it ineffective), but there are sections where we are missing roofing insulation foil. The insulating foil could have been replaced before they put back the Colorbond sheets, but they didn’t do that. A few days later I discovered the air intake on the heating / colling unit was starting to fall from the ceiling as it wasn’t fixed correctly to supporting timbers, but was attached to random pieces of wall lining timber we had lying around in the roof cavity. In addition, the air intake had a massive hole sucking in hot dusty air (with roof insulation material) from the roof cavity rather than only clean air from inside the house. Photos and a video attached so you can see the quality of their work. I sent One Air an email showing the issues and I didn’t get a response, hence this review. I spent over 3 hrs fixing their work by building a supporting frame which is screwed to rafters and the air intake is now fixed to the timber frame. Very disappointed with their quality when they charged so much for the work. I was also left with 12 random screws in the drive, perfect to puncture car tires.

Requested a quote for aircon pump. Quote came in very high. Asked what model pump they were quoting and got no reply- quote just said ‘condensate pump’ with no details of model etc. Was able to get the pump replaced through another company for half the price of the quote given.

over the faulty air conditioner and the location of the unit explained to me what needed to be completed. We looked over another Air conditioner brand, Panasonic and we decided to go with this brand instead. Tim looked into this for us and he provided me with a quote within a short time. Tim and the boys had a big job in front off them to replace the old unit with the new Panasonic air conditioner.Gas lines and other parts needed to be removed and replaced within walls and ceilings.
