Dodgy business, way over priced, very deceitful – The website is www.onehourpestcontrolbrisbane.com.au which I called their services to deal with a rat problem at my place. When I called up, he said I would be looking at $300-$350. As I have a house inspection this week I wanted someone who could attend to the property quickly as the rats were causing havoc at home and making a mess of my kitchen. Anyway when the person turned up, he said it will cost $350.00, plus $100 for the traps, then GST. I wish I had read the reviews before using the services but I was trying to find someone quickly during work time. I have made several requests for a tax invoice and receipt and they will not provide me with one, a business has a legal obligation to provide a tax invoice and receipt on request - I have demanded several times for a receipt and tax invoice - he keeps saying it will be sent but hasnt done it. I believe that this is not a legitimate business and is operating illegally.
