Most comfortable mattress ever! – This is the third Onebed mattress I have bought; my first one (queen), then one for my daughter (queen), and now for my son (king single) as they really are that good. and decided to give it a go and I thought I should provide some analysis on the mattress for use in this circumstance. The positives First and foremost, the mattress is incredibly comfortable. I don’t recall ever sleeping better and the backache I was suffering with the foam mattress is a thing of the past. I am on the bigger side (2m tall and 120kg) and the mattress provides great support top to bottom. It is easier to move your body and turn yourself over than a foam mattress. While it feels like you sink in as much the mattress gives more support and so changing positions even if you are disabled like me is much more manageable. The mattress is flexible enough so that for my bed it will easily cope with any of the bends and twists the bed is capable of. I move the bed to mostly sit up before getting up so I reckon it will cope with pretty much any position you’d like to get into. The negatives If you rely on side rails for safety it will not work for you. Because the mattress is much deeper the rails are broadly at the same height as the mattress, so they won’t stop you from rolling out. The mattress is much higher off the floor so getting in and out of bed can be more difficult. I am guessing this is more pronounced if you are on the shorter side. Because of the structure the side off the mattress compresses a bit more than a foam one so if you sit on the side of the bed to put on shoes and socks it’s a bit more tricky – especially if your core isn’t that good. Overall I am a fan. Frankly for the improvement in my sleep patterns I would put up with a lot of downsides and the negatives for me are irritants rather than problems.

Amazingly comfortable – Needing a new matress is daunting. I have chronic back pain and disk issues as well as shoulder, neck, hip, knee and calf injuries/pain is makes it much harder to know what you are getting will assist and not cause more issues. and ended up choosing the One Bed X 12". The matress arrived in just over a week and was quick and easy to open up with the provided tool, a bit heavy so needed a second person to assist. I was weary at first as the matress felt quite soft but after it settled and fully opened up I tried it out and it was soft but firm and supportive. Not like any matress I've tried before.

After almost 20 years of intense pain since the first few days of owning this matress I have been able to sleep full nights and wake up pain free, I was able to reduce the amount of pillows I used and can comfortable sleep on my back and side pain free which is such a relief and I feel like the matress is supportive and provides support where it's needed.

The matress has been retained its shape over the past month or so and there is no sagging or any signs of wear or the matress settling weirdly. Matress has maintained shape with nightly use and also used when watching TV in a sitting position with no problems.

Would definitely recommend this matress.

Within a week he was boasting about his new bed and I havent heard any complaints of a sore back or stiff neck since. My research paid of, and with 6 siblings following fast in his footsteps I won't hesitate to buy from OneBed again.
