more money out of you once you’ve committed to the purchases and waited a week.

They blame the courier for the added shipping fees but when I ask for the receipt they wouldn’t provide one. In the meantime while they were extracting more cash out of a repeat customer the bed I ordered went “out of stock” and they tried to get me to buy the more premium model.

All the staff are overseas call centre people there’s nobody you can actually speak to at one bed.

As other reviewers have pointed out the company has horrible customer service.

This was resolved via contacting the ceo directly and pushing hard for a resolution. Completely unnecessary had they fulfilled the order in the first place.

on my hip is like butter. So good, so comfortable and I love going to sleep. I wake up fine now as if I have been reborn. I have only owned it since July 2022, so can't comment on longevity with respect to sag. Since I have owned this, the mattress has held its own. I am waking up with no lower back pain anymore. My wife hogs the bed so I tend to be pushed into a inhumane sleeping space of less than 50cm to the edge of the bed and there is NO side sag on this bed whatsoever. If you are stuck on the edge like me with an aggressive sleeper who takes up most of the bed, please buy one! I can side sleep on my hip with no spring feel into my hip. I work shift work and jump in with no partner disturbance. I love this thing. I hope it will last with no sagging. I recommend purchasing this mattress! Chat service answered all my annoying questions as I was very skeptical. My wife finds it the mattress a tad hot to sleep on and wouldn't rate it as high as me but I do not see her waking up with problems. I've since purchased 3x King single 10'' originals for my children.

Things to consider to purchase OneBed mattress – Design of the mattress feels and looks nice and modern, has easy to care surface. What is even more important, it provides good support and is comfortable. 125 DAY SCAM – I ordered a onebed mattress. It was too hard and I was not sleeping at all. I asked for it to be picked up as per the 125 night trial. Instead they insisted i try other options before returning the mattress! So I did! Then I replied saying I still could not sleep on the mattress and GUESS WHAT it had now been longer than 125 nights and they didn’t have to accept the return!!! Saggy after the return period and not covered by warranty – Poor support especially on the sides of the bed. I now sleep with the feeling that I can slide off the side of the bed due to the lack of support and the resulting slant of the mattress. Have had chronic back pain even pre pregnancy. Upgraded to a king sized bed and thought would try out the onebed. Saw reviews that it was firm and initially was considering between the 10 inch and X 12 inch but decided to go with the more "premium" one. Unfortunately the bed is not firm. kgs but I can feel my back sink into it and after 2 months, still get an achy feeling in my back when I wake at night or in the morning so waiting for a return. They offered to change to the 10 inch one which allows change of firmness in the mattress itself but if I accept an exchange it cannot be refunded anymore. Also, I am not allowed to buy the 10 inch to try with the trial period as each customer only gets one, even if i pay for it full price again. If anyone reading wants to try between the original 10 inch and X12 inch I would advised trialling the original as you can try 2 types of firmness. Also, the delivery scheduling was very poor. Was asked to choose a date, then they tried to change it last minute and rescheduled (found out via email) to an unsuitable date.

Edit: in response to the response below, my husband got a call 3rd Dec to confirm delivery on the day,then I got an email at 11.35 am saying it has been rescheduled to the next day which I had specified was not suitable in the order, I had to call support and my husband both to try and rearrange and follow up ( and my husband had already taken initial day off to be there on the 3rd of dec). Email of order and rescheduling submitted.

Genuinely love our mattress- can’t recommend it enough – We have used our one bed mattress for a couple months now and it is truly fantastic. My partner loves that he is not disturbed by my tossing and turning anymore. The process of getting it was also great- the customer service team were really helpful and answered all of my questions. We love our One Bed mattresses – This is the 5th mattress we have bought for our family since One bed started. We love them, cool even in hot weather, no partner disturbance and no sagging. It has helped with my hip and back pain. It is the first time we have noticed a differnce with back of house. Efficient but not the personal touch we have had before. Oh what a night! – I have bad shoulders (2 operations on each) so I purchased a bed from a walk in store that cost me close to 3k. Felt great in store but once I slept on it more at home it wasn’t the right fit. and lastly a great nights sleep. You cannot go wrong with this bed. I thought my shoulders wouldn’t like it but they feel fantastic and my lower back is well supported. One thing that surprised me even more is that you can actually exchange the mattress for another!!!! T&C’s apply but come on who does that. I’ve gone from a queen to a king and ask you do is pay the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this bed to anyone. For reference I’m 182cm,90kg and a side sleeper. Also don’t forget their pillows!! Another great product.

10/10 Perfect mattress – We have had our onebed X for 6-7 weeks now. We went from a $3k inner spring mattress with pillow top that was initially very comfortable up until the inevitable sag after only a few years resulting in a sore back and not feeling rested after a nights sleep. This was absolutely expected and not a complaint. It is much firmer that we were used to and offers lots more support. However, we both still felt it was a bit too firm for our liking. We ordered the mattress topper and haven't looked back. This is now the comfiest bed we've owned. I can really only describe it like sleeping on clouds but fully supportive clouds.
