Took the consult fee and didn’t give the script – I signed up and paid the consultation fee, the consult call was within 8 hours of my request, the doctor hung up abruptly after I requested my script and verified the details he asked for. The script was sent via link in a text message and he listed it as private rather than PBS even though we discussed this in the consult. I asked for this to be amended via email. The admin team replied to my email, advising that they would look into it and get back to me shortly, a week has now passed and they will not return my email or request to call me back. I have requested a refund but no reply either.
