reply 4 days later (3rd April) “ Hi Jade your order was sent and will be with you shortly”, my order was still however saying “unfulfilled” I msged them straight back and said this, they replied the next day saying “Hi Jade we will look into this” (4th April)! I then messaged them on 15th April asking for a refund as they hadn’t replied in 11 days and there was no Tracking provided for “shipped” item. They replied the next day asking for me to confirm my address, which I responded straight away. They then replied on 17th April with “Hi Jade, We just checked and can see another order was sent yesterday and a new tracking is being sent. All items are on their way and were initially delayed as the supplier we used is no longer open. There have been significant delays due to covid19 as stated on the website at the time of purchase. Your items are on their way however and will be with you within the week. (So how can it be delayed when it was “shipped” back on 3rd April?) It’s now been 10 days since and I still haven’t received tracking information or the item. Stay away as they will not refund you and make up lies! It’s disgusting they are using Covid19 as an excuse!

Dont fall for the AU scam – The customer service is non existent. In the fine print it states that delivery can be between 7 and 45 days. That is beacuse the goods are coming from china i've read from other complainents. They have a contact number based in australia, but no physical business address, and try to make the website look like an Australian business. Tracking shows product is from china, still not received. Show details
