Compulsory Spamming Abuser – Received 8 emails in one day. Contacted them to get the 3 emails addresses removed from they database, not good enough as today 4 emails received. Bad business with no shame.

A1 purchase & support – 6 months ago I bought an HP all-in-one printer from OTA. It was delivered without any problems. Recently the scanner ceased to work due to a hardware problem. OTA gave me excellent support. I cannot fault their service. Consequently a replacement printer is on way from HP. Thank you OTA for your help. Reliable, good price, good after sales support.

CCTV Lense advertised as a camera – I purchased what I thought was 6 CCTV cameras from OTA.com.au. After waiting 30 days I received 6 lenses not 6 cameras as I thought I had ordered. They tell me I have to pay a 15% restocking fee plus postage to return the lenses and wait for a RMA number from the vendor before I can return them. The webpage shows a photo of the camera and lense, has a button to download a brochure for a camera not a lense, I find OTA.com.au to have been misleading and deceptive in their conduct and will never purchase from them again

Incorrect stock levels advertised – Items ordered advertised as in stock. After 2 days order not shipped, followed up and 1 of the items was not in stock. OTA would not ship the available item, or cancel the second out of stock item. Delay of 3 weeks in shipping now expected from time order. False advertising, terrible service, blame customer for their error in stock levels
