Online Workwear

Awful – Genuinely poor. Ordered uniform and was told to pay in advance via transfer. Uniform turned up 2 weeks late, embroidered logos are really poor quality and wrong sizes have been supplied. Called to sort out and recieved nothing but abuse, £1200 out of pocket and flat refused to refund. Use with caution !

Do not use. They are thieves – They sold substandard shirts and couldn't help with exchange or swap over. Now I have crap, expensive shirts that they will not help get sorted. Thieves.

Terrible return/exchange policy - highway robbery! – I purchased a new pair of work shorts to see what the quality was like before I purchase multiple pairs. I received them within about 5 days which I thought was ok. However after trying them on, I realized I needed a different size. They emailed me with the process to send them back, advising they would give me store credit rather than just an exchange which I thought was odd, but I agreed. They requested it to be returned via registered mail, which i thought was a bit extreme for a $35 pair of shorts, but if that was their process, that's what I would do. I just received an email advising they had received the shorts and had credited my store account less a $10+gst restocking fee. Not happy at all. I didn't change my mind on the shorts, I just wanted a different size. So now the original pair of $35 will end up costing me over double the original cost! Purchasing the original shorts, original postage, postage to send it back, restocking fee, $13 difference I now have to pay to get a new pair of shorts in a different size and then another lot of postage to have it sent back to me.

In this day and age of online stores, that exchange policy is freaking highway robbery!!

I will never recommend them to anyone. I suggest you buy from an online retailer who has an exchange policy that belongs in 2022 and not the dark ages.
