oppo f1s – a very good phone has all that you want very fast response and I will recommend this phone and I would have no hesitation in buying another one . probably go for the upgrade version next time but the best part about the phone it has already got a protective cover on the phone.. Dammn Good – Best phone till day for me. Battery - looong, camera and video - wow. Sound - crisp. Downside - sometimes app notifications doesn't show up for while. Mine is almost 2 years old and I did a factory reset recently, and it came back to it's original performance immediately. Over all will buy OPPO again. Show details
Great phone – Great phone much better than an iPhone. For one quarter of the price of an iPhone, you will get this android phone with the same specs it better. Has a massive 16 MP camera, heaps of ram, great outscore processor etc. Looks amazing. Very easy to use and connect to a MacBook with android file transfer program. Show details
Okay – This phone is okay. Not amazing. Just okay, will get you through. Its a good deal for a cheaper option. But the bug thing is that you can't reorganise your photo album. For a mid range phone, this phone does the basics. But it has lasted me at least two years. Show details
similar to iphone 5 – it is basically a iphone 5. no fingerprint and 720p display. i bought this phone from optus store for $149. i used it for 6 month before upgrading to f1s. after getting update on the phone it became very slow. some of the app thinks this phone is chinese phone and doesn't give access to some of its feature. like commbank app wont give access to fingerprint unlock to f1s. Good affordable mid range phone, only a couple of gripes – Was very cheap. Only paid a couple of hundred. But reception for Optus is really bad, other networks seem OK. It has a variation of Android installed. Battery life is good and it is fairly easy to use. Just don't like the fact that you can't remove the battery or add storage. The camera is OK, but the images are often distorted at the edges.… Read more
Sometimes the phone requires rebooting to get Bluetooth to work. Uninstalling programs and working the home screens is not as easy to do as standard Android. Speakerphone volume is incredibly low and general microphone gain is also very low. I like this phone, but I'm looking forward to my next phone because I hope it will be better than this.\.
Love it – Love this phone. Was looking for a new phone with a decent camera to take photos of my (then) new bubba. This phone is affordable, has a great size screen, takes beautiful photos on both of the cameras and battery lasts most of the day unless I'm binge watching Netflix for hours. Still going strong almost a year later but looking forward to my next one as the newer ones have more GBs internal storage. Show details
Perfect for light use – This phone is actually very good for the price. Light weight and good battery life. Camera actually takes nice pictures and selfie camera is much better than other expensive big branded phones. Build is very solid with premium look and does not feel cheap at all in the hands. Excellent value for money. Show details
Decent, durable low-moderate cost phone – I've had this phone for about nine months and have had no serious issues with it. I suspect it will be durable and last at least a few years before becoming defunct. One small, annoying thing about the phone is the light in the upper right corner, which flashes when you have a notification, and stays on when the phone is charging, but that's a… Read more
minor detail for most. The camera quality is great, although the audio fell short of my expectations. I ended up having to purchase a microphone in order to record audible videos outside.
With heavy use, I'd say the battery lasts about eight to ten hours, which isn't spectacular, but well worth the price. With light to moderate use, you could stretch the battery usage to twelve hours or more. Music, video, and games tend to drain the battery more quickly, which is to be expected, but the operating system is fully capable of handling all manner of applications, and rarely crashes. (I'm a uni student, and I've written papers and read textbooks on it.)
Overall, this phone is well worth the price. I don't think there is a better phone available within my budget, and I'm not disappointed with the purchase whatsoever (I even got a free selfie stick - what's not to like?).
Perfect – Love this phone. It is an Android phone that uses an OS which gives it a similar interface to an iPhone. People often mistake it for an iPhone. The price point at less than $200 (locked to Optus) is absolutely perfect. Excellent camera too - front facing camera has a realistic, yet flattering beauty filter. Will buy this brand for the rest of my life. Show details
Great phone – Have had this phone for over a year and it still runs smoothly. Battery life is still good, get a good full day with moderate usage. Front camera is fantastic and rear camera is pretty good until lighting gets dim, then you need to make sure you're good at timing your snaps. On the down side, audio from the speakers is a bit weak and 720p… Read more
resolution does become a bit of an issue when you're trying to look at high res images. For the price i got it for, build quality is great and i've gotten used to the colorOS version of Android they use. It's quite user friendly, to the point where i'd say it's the best implementation of Android i've used thus far. Only concern will be with respect to OS updates/upgrades as i'm still stuck on Android 5.1
Best phone in its price range at the time I purchased it – I did extensive research before purchasing this phone. I'm a student, so I don't have tonnes of money to drop on a flashy flagship. That said, I still wanted something that was (at least mostly) stock Android, with a good camera for photos and videos, fast enought to play newer release games for around two years before being replaced, and… Read more
something that had a micro SD card for storage. I came accross the Oppo F1F with 294ppi, a Snapdragon 616, 3GB of RAM, a 13MP main campera and a 8MP front facing camera both with 1080p video. I expected it to be around $350, but saw it for $200 at Optus and jumped on it.
This phone meets all of my requirements. I haven't had any issues with it, and as with many people today, I use it constantly.
There are two main cons for the average user of this smartphone:
Frequent use of the device will mean your battery won't get you through the day. You're going to have to bring your portable charger with you. Playing something demanding like Pokemon Go where your screen is always on, and your GPS and mobile data are being used- you'll probably get around 3 hours of use until you're at 15%. Even with less demanding usage such as checking Facebook, emails, etc. I find that I can get 6-8 hours of usage before I need to recharge. That's not terrible, by any means, but for long days it's a pain.
The other con of this device is that is maximum supported version of Android is still 5.1 (Lollipop). With Android 7.0 now out, it seems a shame that this snappy device is stuck on such an old OS.
Ultimately, at the time I purchased this device, $200 was more than worth it for what it is. I suspect this phone will easily last 1-2 more years before it dies and I can't complain about that. 10/10 would recommend and purchase again.

Value for money – Purchased this phone as it was the cheapest one I could find. It has turned out to be one of the best phones I've ever bought. Camera quality it amazing and super easy to navigate. Only issue now seems to be it's abit sluggish with all my photos/apps/videos. It freezes sometimes now as well. But all in all a good phone. Show details
great phone – The OPPO F1 is a great phone. Easy to use and cruise through all functions with ease. Browsing on the internet is quick and have no problems with it. convenience in business or personal life if anyone misuse so he/she only responsible.
Pls note: In Samsung you can record call through 3rd party app, In mi inbuilt function for auto call recording, Vivo inbuilt function for Automatic call recording, LeTv Auto call recording function available, Micromax and IBALL and Auto call Recording available Lenovo support 3rd Party app for auto call recording. SO WHY OPPO NOT...?
al even 3rd party app also not support for Auto call recording in Oppo.
2. Installed app you can't move in Memory card. 3. Audio Quality is low.
4. 1.4 processor in this price - 15k over charges.
5. Camera quality is average as compared with Mi note 3 only little differencedifference, but I bet it its not 16mp actually only claimed.
5. OPPO should invest in customers satisfaction and R&D rather than laying big big marketing traps like hunters.
Cheap Chinese phone OPPO.
Not worth it – With many brands on the market, can get better phones for the same price, other brands have better and more features, battery is not replaceable, it's worth getting well known brands for service and repairs, I will never buy this brand again, finally not the best for the price, . Ok for the price – All the specs are what I required and it does do 80% of things as expected. The power button on the side is terrible as you turn the phone of in you pocket. The volume is very low for calls and ringtone even on full. Price and screen size are its saving graces
