Froothie are wonderful to deal with - very friendly, helpful and they do repairs and replacement parts whenever possible which is a good policy. I thoroughly recommend this blender.

It's an excellent blender – Does everything it claims to do. My only criticism is that the manual is a little thin on details such as how long and what setting for certain foods, e.g., the recipe book doesn't give these details either. It would be really helpful if it did. Show reply

reduction cover! Especially useful.as I live in an apartment and don't want to wake up my whole building, when I juice in the morning. It is amazing to note that the blender doesn't shake even if it has a very powerful motor! It is perfect for the type of food I use. So far, it has been THE BEST investment I ever made. I'm a very satisfied customer. It looks impressive!! Like the Boost Juice blenders! I like the fact that it is Australian made and I can talk to someone in Australia, if I have any questions. 250g blueberries, 200g strawberries, few ice cubes and 200ml coconut milk. In just few seconds, the result is a fluid like smoothie with no residue. The 2lit jar is easily washable with no color change. This product is a must-have one. I highly recommend that.

Such a powerful blender, blends frozen fruits, ice and dates with absolute ease and turns them into the most creamy ice-cream and smoothies! Blade Assembly for Optimum 94000 – I have had my Optimum 9400 for 7 years and had noticed that the blades aren't moving as freely as they should be. After contacting support they advised me to change it as the blades had seized. I noticed some rusting as I was cleaning it too. links on videos on how to install it. It was quite hard to unscrew the old blade but with some force and a hammer I managed to remove the old blades. The new ones arrived and was very easy to install.

I can now look forward to another 7 years at least of use from my Optimum 9400 as the motor is excellent.

Pro-level blender in your home! – I bought my Optimum 9400 in November of 2015 and it's still going strong. It doesn't always see that much action, but when it does, it's just a joy! We've mostly used it for smoothies, juices and soups - you feel like you're in a juice bar when you work with it. Great blender with a few issues – Firstly my sale experience with Froothie left a lot to be desired. - it's complete rubbish. It never ever engages the first time. In fact 70% of the time you have to turn it 3-7 times to get the machine to turn on. i thought this would improve with use but nope. It's one of the worst switches I've seen on any product. it's garbage. The simple button layout on earlier models would be a far better option. I really hate the switch.

than $100 dollars on a blender so you can imagine I was a little anxious investing in the Optimum, after only 2 uses I'm confident I made the right decision. The build quality and design is impressive, the ease of use straight out of the box with a nice balance of simple auto and manual programs, the wide and low profile of the jug making it very easy to clean and I was very surprised in how quiet it was. I also had to contact your Customer service during the purchase to arrange delivery and your representative could not have been more helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Makes anything you want – A satisfying product that handles grinding grains to flour, as well as any food processing task. We use ours to make hommus, soy milk (it comes with a straining net), as well as the generic smoothie. The only downside is that there is not function to remove the blades like there can be on low end blenders. This makes it difficult to get the last bits of whatever is being made out of the bottom.  Show details

having to try to get in under all the blades - so long as you rinse it right after using it! There are preset selections and then a variable speed dial. I need to have a good quality heavy duty machine, because we use our blender multiple times per day (at least 2-3) for all different things - smoothies, smoothie bowls, nice cream, sauces, dips, nut milk and the rest. We need a blender that can withstand this sort of stuff, and I’m very happy that this optimum does just that!
