Came to inspect the tv. It was very expensive for them to come and have a look, less than "10 minutes " after looking. They said the had to take it to their factory to test (flush memory). And charged over $200 dollars. A week later they replied, (after I chased them) we can't source the part. They are either don't know what they are doing or… Read more
they don't know their field. Not knowing how to source a part that they specifically specialised in is a very poor excuse. I've chosen them to do the job because the say they specialised in Samsung! I hope no body else have to experience like this
In time and expert service – The technician, Adam, was on time and quickly identified the problem with our Bosch front loading washing machine. He fully tested the machine before leaving. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I have no problem in recommending a optimum, especially Adam, the technician,
Great service Center – I had my Breville BES980 coffee machine repaired. The team were polite, professional and helpful. not only did they repair it they cleaned it as well. Thank you Optimum team.
Terrible – Disgusting service. My iron was dropped off to them on the 20/11. Received a quote via email several weeks later. Agreed to go ahead. Picked up iron and within a week it stopped working again. Took it back again, they had the nerve to tell me it was than a different part and extra cost. Thayer have had my iron since, 3 months and still haven’t… Read more
heard anything. Worst customer service. Hopefully with enough negative reviews you will go out of business.
could not complain – A couple of weeks ago, Tim came to repair my Simpson washing machine and can not speak more highly of him. Was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time. Thank you
Poor customer service – Do not have anything repaired by these guys! Was told 15-20 to repair a machine. Has now been 30. No contact at all during this time, called 4 times for an update to be told a different t thing each time, 8 weeks later still not fixed so you can imagine I’m a little upset, manager helen was rude and had no understanding of why a customer who’s… Read more
waited 8 weeks would be upset. My voice was. A little elevated when I asked why as I was told Monday it’s being fixed now your telling it’s awaiting parts this is ridiculous. Manager then threatened to void my warranty and hung up on me. She should know how to deal with upset customers as I’m sure they have many. Very poor service!

repairs were not needed Sent an email of please explain but received no answer Will never trust them again they don’t know what they are doing but they take your money 1/10
They don’t check their work – 7 weeks to finally get my coffee machine back & after I get it home, I find there’s no water filter which renders the machine inoperable. There’s no apology, just attitude. I’d NEVER willingly use these “eggsputrs” EVER!
Outstanding service – Tim and Nathan went above and beyond to sort our home stereo repairs/installation, their focus was to keep us happy, went way beyond the quote ,minor issues but still extra time not charged for, can't thank them enough, highly recommended. Dave Mt Cottrell.
A sorry litany of sloppy, incompetent, desultory and heartlessly indifferent service – Over the six and half months Optimum Electronic Solutions have had my projector, there has been nothing but a sorry litany of sloppy, incompetent, desultory and heartlessly indifferent service that would make any Soviet era industrial organization look good for at least a one star rating. In Optimum's defence, they did tell me up front that there… Read more
would be 'delays' because of Covid 19 and that the part would have to be sourced from Taiwan. I really got that and was very patient for about 3 months, by which time, my patience had worn thin. So I rang them, only to find that they had forgotten to follow up with the overseas supplier who had not responded to their original order.
That was 'fine'. They promised to fix that problem, which they did.........and several weeks later I got a call telling me that they had found that there was more wrong with the projector than they had originally thought and that it would require another part.....which would be at their cost.
One had to wonder why they didn't find that out in the first place, but at least they were not going to try and charge me for their mistake.
By the time our projector repair relationship had passed the six months mark, I had heard nothing. So, again, I had to ring them, only to be told that the supplier had not responded to their order.....or possibly more likely, that the new part was going to cost them too much. And I say that because when Optimum eventually followed up properly on their first replacement part order, the Taiwanese end had scrambled to get it to them, pronto.
So, we agreed that it had all got too hard, that we would call it quits and I would pick up the abandoned job the following week. When I got there, they had forgotten to take out the spare part they had originally put in, so I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes while they did it.
By this time I had completely lost patience, but kept my temper and politely explained to the women I had been dealing with at the front desk as to just how angry I felt, why and that it would make me feel slightly better sitting in their waiting area, if she gave me a cup of coffee.
She refused.....
I notice that the front office had some shelves on which there was a Good Service Award.....for 2013...
Phillips Saeco Exprelia coffee machine – Optimum repaired my Phillips Saeco coffee machine a while ago, December 2020. Happy to have my machine repaired properly. Recently I replaced the brew unit incorrectly. Riccardo was helpful in over the phone advice which resolved the issue. It prevented me taking it back and further costs. I’m very grateful to Riccardo and his team. I now enjoy my ☕️ again.
Sent my Philips Azur Steam Iron in for Repairs and it came back with Exactly the Same Fault!! – I sent my Philips Azur Steam Iron to this Repairer on 2.7.20. They acknowledged receipt on 4.7.20. The fault with my iron was that the blue light starts flashing rapidly when this appliance is first plugged in and does not heat up at all. They were very quick to point out in an email that I should allow - 7 days for the item to be posted, 5-10… Read more
Working Days for the item to be repaired, and 7 days for my item to be returned to me. All up the possibility of being without an iron for up to 24 Working Days ..... I found out by email that they had replaced 1 x Main Board and 1 x Inlay Assembly. I received my Item today - 29.7.20, 27 days after I had sent it to them. They are in Thomastown, Vic and I am in Rural Vic. I took the iron out of the box and was just happy to finally have it back to use. I filled it with water and plugged it into power. And you guessed it - EXACTLY the same fault. The blue light started flashing rapidly and the iron would not heat up. I was, to say the least, very angry at this stage. I read their report which said "Replaced main board and inlay - Checked and tested - all ok"!! I would avoid this Repairer at all costs. I am sooo disappointed .....
