Luxury on wheels

We picked up our Option traction RV in February 2019 , We were looking for over a year for a van to buy we settled for 3 brands of caravans , Option RV ticked all the boxes it stood out from the rest for Quilty and built plus & after sale service , it’s small family business who’s been around for 11 years building caravans with passion and pride if you want peace of mind don’t go past option RV we glad we did , we were travelling to WA when our washing machine stopped working in Mildura , a phone call to option RV that’s all it took they organised a replacement for us within 2 days we had the machine delivered to us , to Phil and the team at option RV thank you for your wonderful service highly recommended.

No Warranty

We bought a caravan for the parafield garden super store.

The service we received was a six out of ten.

But it is the NO WARRANTY that was the problem.

We did our checks on the van and found that the shower hutch was broken i rang RV and i then was told they do not give warranty out USE VAN.

So buys beware.

We just bought a option rv tornado 2013 model. I bought some canister sets to put on the kitchen wall but would like to know where the wiring runs before we screw any holes in it.
