I made the mistake of giving Option Optometrists Belmont a go for the first time and it proved to be a very painfull and expensive experience I now have a $1300 pair of glasses sitting in a draw that I cannot wear for more than 20 minutes I do not recommend Options Optometrists Belmont and will not be going back , Knowing what I know now would have felt better giving the money to homeless puppies

Dr Raj helped us with our sons' glasses and rectified a concern we had. His service was quick and efficient. Doli was also very helpful, friendly and great with communication. I would recommend other families to visit Options Optometrist in Canning vale.

My elderly mother had an appointment with Michelle at Options Optometrists Joondalup last week. Michelle was caring, patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend this practice, particularly for older clients.

I have just been into Options Optometrists in Midland to get some guidance on choosing a new pair of glasses. I've been a customer of theirs since 2015, and, as always, was treated with the utmost respect and the genuine desire to ensure I can make a decision with all the facts. I will get my glasses from them shortly and am confident they will be perfect as usual.

Excellent service, excellent choice. Clear and concise eye tests by very knowledgeable optometrist. Certainly the best optometrists I have been to. I would recommend you give options a try

I have finally found an optometrist I am comfortable and happy with. I didn't get rushed out of the shop like i did at specsavers, and it actually felt like they cared. You have a customer for life.

Awesome optometrist – Amma was very patient and kind, I didn’t feel like I was rushed at all. Sarah and Karlene were very helpful with selecting a frame that suited my face type. Very happy with the service I received. Definatley will be going here from now on

Outstanding service – I went to Options Optometrists Midland and the girls were very helpful and educated. They went out of there way to help me choose the right pair at the right price for my budget. Terrible women, promise one thing but do another – Bought a pair of readingglasses (prescribed) on the 17 Nov -23. They promised me to text me when to pick up. could't wear the glasses and asked for a refund. The lady in the shop promised to look into it and would contact me. Of course, she never called me so on the 7 Dec 23 I went in to the shop again and she said that the other lady had gone home so she could not do anything for me. She tried to straighten out the glasses so now they are falling down my nose when I bend forward. Also, they forgot to tell me that I could have had two pair of glasses for the same price. Who would resist that? If I only known I would have said yes. Anyway, I had to take back the glasses as I come to the conclusion they would DO NOTHING for me. A loss of almost $200 for a pair of glasses I can't wear. When I left the shop another lady, as I thought was a customer, shouted to me that it was best I leave the shop? When I looked thru the shop window passing by the shop, I saw the shop assistant and this lady hugging. Well, that was interesting. I felt very disappointed and humiliated by the whole affair. Never again am I going to Options. I can't even complain as they are a franchise and to whom am I to complain too? This was very stressful.....
