THANK YOU JACK

Jessica was so lovely and knowledgeable and the Manuka honey face peel is to die for!No customer service
I was approached by an Origani salesperson at a pop-up stall in Nowra Stocklands around Aug/Sept 2023. She was pushy but clever. I did not intend to make a purchase, but the lifetime free replacement file strips got me over the line, as she said I would never have to buy another nail file again, so this was a great deal. I was given no free strips at the time but as I was in a rush that didn't register. For months since, I have sent multiple emails to customer service trying to find out how to access the strips. None of my emails have been responded to or acknowledged. It's a shame because this review could otherwise easily have been a positive one. Show detailsExcellent
Tal showed me the eye gel in northland shopping canter was so good I had to buy one!! Show detailsThe most pushy and unethical sales representatives
I regularly attend my local shopping complex on my lunch break. Each day, I am persistently stopped by the sales representatives for Origani. At worst, the approach is manipulative, and at best, the approach is aggressive and uncompromising. I decided to entertain them one day, only to listen to the sales rep make very blatant comments about "open pores" and the texture of my skin. I allowed him to use a product on my hand only to watch him aggressively rub the product over my skin before declaring the pilled product to be dead skin cells. Inte... Read morerestingly, he was shocked to hear me disclose my knowledge of pilling (when a skincare product sits on top of the skin and is rubbed, it then gathers and rolls into little "dead skin" balls). Not surprisingly, he didn't try to argue, but rather tell me that he could offer me a discount of $85 if I purchased the product. Honestly, these guys are laughable.Rubbish
I walked past a stand with a very young girl/lady and a young chap, (both with heavy foreign accents), declining, but when I came back the young girl enticed me to try the Manuka Honey Peel. She rubbed it over one side of my face for quite a while, then casually wiped off the residue with a paper towel. She showed me in a mirror, saying what a difference there was immediately!!! I could not see any difference but some redness from the rubbing. She also tried other products on my skin including lip balms which were horrible tasting. And also... Read more some hand creams. She enticed me to buy the honey peel product - $170 (a discount if $10). So the first time I decided to try the Manuka Honey Peel on my face, I read the instructions carefully before beginning. It said massage between 5 and 10 seconds, so I only did it for about 7 seconds as it didn’t feel right. Then it would not wipe off with a paper towel. So I used water as recommended (and a face washer) to try and get it off, meanwhile it was forming tiny lumps on some very fine facial hairs on my jaw line. These tiny lumps I could not remove even with the face washer. I had a reddish rash on that lower side of my face for a few days after that, but with my normal face cream, thank goodness it has settled down. I am convinced the sample stuff she used on my face in the shopping centre wasn’t the same as what I bought, as it did not work the same. The product is now in my bin, and I will never be enticed by this sort of rubbish again in shopping centres.Pushy and misleading
This was a few years ago; but I still think about it and thought I should write some feedback.A couple of years ago, between lockdowns, I was at the emporium in Melbourne and a man at Origani got my attention as I walked past. I wasn’t in a rush, so I accepted his offer to come in and have a product test. He showed me the products on my hand and face, which was fine. He claimed to be the creator of Origani products; which I now understand to be completely false, but I was clearly naive that day. He was very flattering, and when I asked the pri... Read morece of the basic honey peel and face wash, he said $85. I thought it seemed expensive but I was interested in it anyway. He then showed me all these other products and wanted me to spend nearly $1000 on weird skincare masks and equipment that I didn’t need. I declined several times, although he was very pushy. Eventually he let me get up to purchase my $85 items, which turned out to be $185! I was surprised to say the least, but I felt very pressured by him and another lady at the counter; and I had already got my card out; so I just bought them and left. The products didn’t even really work in the months after that. A year later I went to a shopping centre in QLD and walked past an Origani stand, and two men called out to my friend, being rudely pushy despite her saying she wasn’t interested. While I waited for her in a shop, they wanted to chat with me; and I told them I had already bought their products. They began to sort of interrogate me about where I had bought the products in Melbourne, claiming that I couldn’t have because Melbourne had been on complete lockdown during that time; which it hadn’t. Later on I saw that they would try to get the attention of any women (particularly younger women) as they walked past, not taking an initial no for an answer. This misleading, nearly predatory behaviour has completely turned me off the brand. And from others reviews, I can see I am not alone. These tactics and behaviours from their service staff need to stop. No company should encourage their workers to be like this.
Horrible
I bought their products it did not work - despite having a guarantee.Waste of money Show details
Scammers blocked my exit after motioning me in store on Burke street
They offered me a sample , motioned me in store as I went to recieve sample, insisted I place my bag on other side of room, i litteraly had to fight her off my shopping, she then tried to shame me for my skin rubbed some stuff on my eyes which are now stinging, insisted twice I give her over 200$ for a bottle of this inflaming ointment, while a woman stood at door blocking exit. I had to be super forceful to keep my bag close to me and not hand over 200 while she persisted I do. Shady shady shadyProducts missing from the bundle I ordered and I can't get hold of them
I ordered the Collective bundle (have ordered it many times before as love the products). They sent me a smaller bundle and three items were missing: face serum, cleanser and night cream. No response to my emails and their phone number does not work. I paid a lot of money for the bundle and feel cheated. Does anyone out there know what I can do?Sam at Rosny Park

Con job
Was tackled in the shopping centre. Very very aggressive sales person . $120 for a nail kit. After much resistance she sold it to me for $ 50. Where is the honestly in pricing. I needed something to soften my cuticles. Buffer last 2 buffs. Cuticle oil rubbish. Hand cream basic and nail file a $2 job. Beware Show detailsQuestions & Answers
Do these products actually work?
No. Not any better than a basic brand. They are over priced and don't deliver what they promise. Avoid!
I have a nail buffer that came in a set. I was told that the pads are replaceable for free. Is this still the case? Thanks
I see you logged this 9 months ago and there is no reply posted from Origani. I bought mine at a pop up stand and was given the same sales pitch - unlimited free replaceable pads - never again would I... Read more
need to buy a file or buffer - which was the clincher for me. But in 3 months, can I get someone to respond to my multiple emails asking how to get them? No. There is a phone number I will try next but I don't feel confident having read some of the reviews. Someone else had the same issue a few years ago and a response was given but whether they actually honoured the commitment made at point of sale for free replacement strips is not stated. Just that they are available in their shop.Hello, I went into a shop and they replaced them for me so maybe try that.
