At the store, I was shocked to see so many selling tricks being played on you. The have so many tricks to make you buy their products including misrepresenting their position at store, offering discounts, misleading, suggestive comments.
Purchased in December 2019 for $202.00.
The product itself is ok, standard peel cleanser. Haven't used it long enough to notice long term results yet.
I was made to feel uncomfortable by the sales guy at the Auckland store though. Every couple of seconds I had something complimented. Combined with the physical closeness of demonstrating the product including touching legs, I felt like I was at a bar. He then gave me his number and offered a free facial treatment which he would personally do. I would have liked a free facial but obviously wasn't going to take him up on that and now I walk on the opposite side of the street to avoid the store.
I get that sales teams are meant to make the customer feel good but tone it down please?

Same thing happened to me today at Garden City. Asked me about my current products, im using ultraceiticals which I love, told me how bad they are etc... He Took off my makeup On one side of my face without asking. Flicked through photos on his phone To show me before & afters of other people using product but was too quick for me to see so I couldnt get a proper look. Gave me his number and email address, i guess thats all part of the sales spiel, so you feel you can trust them. I had a bad gut feeling about this. Plus he lied to me and told m...e he would give me samples if I would give him a moment to talk about the products but he never did. I didnt want to stop in the first place as I was in a rush to leave the centre, a great way to lure someone in.
I'm not really happy
I was shopping at the Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and there was this guy who just stopped me and asked me what products i use for my skin. I told him and he was like let me show you some stuff. He didn't really give me a chance to back off. He showed me two products that could really help me with my skin and make me feel better and this and that.. and in the end i bought them and i though alright that's it thank you. So i was packing my stuff and he was like nah sit down i want to show you more things. So then he showed me more products a...nd said: "without these products i'm showing you right now you're not gonna make your skin look better." I was questioning that because i already bought 2 things which he told me would help my skin condition improve. He kept talking and talking and to be honest he was wasting my time. He also said he will give me products for free because he really wants that i use those products so my skin gets better. He also said that he is the manager of the store which i didn't really believe. I ended up buying all the products because he made everything way more cheaper then it was (or he pretended it was) and also gave me some stuff for free. He also gave me his number in case i have questions. now. i think all of it was a scam. I'm Swiss and he was like: "ah all Swiss People are rich haha" which is not true! He also said that his skin used to look bad but not as bad as mine is and that hurt me a little? And i feel like he was trying to scare me with those pictures he showed me from people with pimples and scares and disgusting pores and stuff and he was like this is what's gonna happen if you don't use those products. also after reading all reviews i have to say that i really regret that i bought this stuff. i could go on but this is getting too long. let's see how i feel after i use them.

Pushy & Offensive Staff
I was this morning doing some shopping at Westfield in Geelong, when I was grabbed by one of the pop up shops staff who abruptly asked me if I used skin care products on my face .. I was a bit taken aback as my skin breaks out at certain times through the month, and this hormonal acne albeit reasonably mild is something that I cannot help and feel extremely self conscious about. I replied with yes I use products that have been specifically recommended to me by a dermatologist, he said no no and then muttered something about them not being that...good. I told him that they were actually quite expensive products that were prescribed by a qualified person, before I knew what was happening he was pulling me over putting something on my hand telling me about this natural product that is so much better and that I have dead skin on my face and the reason my products dont work is because of that .. again I was offended by his abrupt words .. after more muttering and telling me how wonderful the product was he just said so you are going to buy? I said no I already have skin care products, he then was so rude and dismissive as if I had wasted his time when in fact he had wasted mine .. please teach your staff to not be so rude to people and insult them, he never once took the time to ask what my skin was like just making assumptions, if someone had of asked me what type of skin I have, what my concerns were with my skin and then recommend products to suit this I would have been more than happy to listen, but they are not trained professionals and even if they do have knowledge in skin care they certainly dont have it in customer service.
Please educate your sales staff.
Full disclaimer, I did not purchase this product and for the following reasons;
I'm no stranger to skincare sales people, however I was shocked at how pushy the staff I encountered was. He told me that this honey peel was going to fix all my skin problems, telling me that my skin feels dry and this honey peel will fix it, reverse aging, along with getting rid of my acne HOWEVER I a teenager with clear skin that is VERY well hydrated, thanks to a combination of good genetics and a thorough understanding of the human skin and skincare. Genuinel...y offended. The sales staff was factually incorrect. He applied the peeling mask to my hand as a demo explaining that you use it once a week and rub it in until you see the dead skin pill up as it was doing on my hands. Naturally I got excited and asked about the ingredients. I am actually a strong believer in chemical peels. AHA breaks down the ceremides holding the top layer or dead skin together, hence AHA is unlikely to over exfoliate or cause irritation. I asked if this product contains alpha hydroxy acid as a question that I knew the answer to because raw honey does naturally contain AHA. He then very quickly turned that down and said no, the product is all natural. Please educate your staff. He instructed me to feel the difference in my skins texture between my right hand in which he'd used the chemical peel and my left hand which he hadn't used anything on (a very common practise. Nothing wrong with that), however he proceeded to tell my my left hand feels dry and unpleasant unlike my right hand which now feels soft and supple. I did note that my right hand feels slightly more moisturised, like all skin would after you put something wet on it (my sister and I had a bit of a laugh out of that comment. So I can't say the entire experience was bad). The soft suppleness left by the peeling gel felt like any humectant. I'm fully aware that honey is a humectant but I asked the sales staff about any added humectants such as hylauronic acid or polyglutamic acid contained in the product and he again reiterated that the product is all natural. (The product contains glycerine. Absolutely nothing wrong with this, but the sales staff lied. Most likely because he's completely uneducated about what he's selling) As pushy as the sales staff are, I could not justify paying anyone who insults my skin or spreads lies as such. I don't believe the product is genuinely bad in any sense, HOWEVER, it is false advertising. I don't think this product is best suited to students as it's very highly priced and frankly unnecessary for younger people as there are plenty of other options that are far more affordable. Less luxurious for sure but they all do the same thing in the end. Out of frustration and curiousity, I did find the ingredients list online. So much for the product being all natural. The second and third ingredient after water, is completely synthetic. There is absolutely nothing wrong with synthetic materials, infact they're often far more reliable and far less irritating. Carbomer and cetrimonium chloride are both completely safe. Cetrimonium chloride is commonly found in hair conditioners. I was impressed with the luxurious feel of the peeling gel, however it is out of my price range. I am not hateful of the product itself in any manner, infact I am one to admire the hard work of a product formulator, and I do not think any hate should be brought to the chemists who created the formulation, but I do think staff must be far better educated.
Worth a try!
Purchased this Manuka Honey Peel over a month ago and has been using it since, between 1-2x a week. I can definitely see a change in my complexion and has made my skin smoother. My skin is also very sensitive but it didn’t react to this one due to its organic ingredients. I haven’t had any breakouts either which is very unusual when using something new.
I love this product and I believe that it’s really worth a try. Will definitely go back to get and try their other products.
Purchased in July 2019 at Westfield Albany for $180.00.
Forced to buy.
This sales lady pulled me into the shop and pushed me to buy this product. She also told me I'll be getting a student discount but still paid $165 for it. She offered to give be 2 other free products just to persuade me into buying this super expensive product even though I've rejected many times by telling her I have a very sensitive skin. I have not touched/opened all 3 of these products, it would be great if I can get a refund for it.
The first and second time after using the Erda Manuka Honey peel probably felt the most different. My skin was instantly smoother, and was able to absorb my moisturizer easier. Now, this is the fourth week (once a week) that I have tried using the peel. My skin has been consistently feeling smooth, and is slowly feeling even smoother. I have sensitive skin, so I am glad that so far I have not experience any issues with it. In the past, I have used other brand of exfoliating gel of a similar price. It was nice, but not as gentle as this Manuka h...oney peel. So I am happy with the product. King was the sells introduced me the product, and it was at the Brisbane city Myer store. Also,… I did ask how long this bottle will last, and the sales told me it should last around 2 years. So I hope it does last that long, because to be honest, I still think the price is a bit too high.

I Loved it
I was invited to go into the shop to have a sample of Manuka Honey Peel. I have combination skin, so after apply this product I felt my skin so smooth and hydrated.
The staff was really nice with me and my mother, I just loved the experience in the shop. After one month I had a facial experience in the shop and I got the toning cleanser and day cream from Erda collection. It is the first time that a skincare is working perfect for me.

not so great
Was pushed to buy this product because of an exclusive "student discount" still paid a high price for it. The product is not amazing and would not recommend buying it!

Pushy sales staff
I usually don't post reviews, especially when I haven't used the product, however I have been reading other reviews about the sales staff and have to agree. I know about selling products, but when you need to lie about yourself and "special deals" then you lose me. The price of the product is exorbitant. The product presentation reminded me of a sleight of hand magic trick. The guy kept blaming his accent when I would ask for clarification or challenge his claims. Yeah, I heard you fine the first time. Very poor attitude of the company if their frontline staff are behaving in such a manner. I will be definitely giving this product a miss, although I could afford to buy it.

Scam and terrible!
Do not trust the other 5 star comments. Comments made from paid users in poor countries. I cant believe this kind of scam actually exist and are allowed in Australia.
I dare you to apply the peel and leave it longer on your face and you will notice the side effect. No skincare product in anyway should harm the skin. I'm not allergic to anything but after i apply this product on my face and wash it after it dry, i feel pain on some area like burnt where i apply and there are 'some white plastic' stuck to your face.

Atrociously pushy sales but good product
The sales process was pushy and they put a lot of pressure on me to buy the product. I was only 20 when I was persuaded into buying this product and after many objections from me the lady's persistence eventually led to me spending around $500 on products. I felt almost bullied into buying these products and had hardly bought anything for the expense. The sales lady kept offering me 'special discounts' making a big show of asking for permission from her manager to offer me such 'low prices' however after looking online I discovered I had paid a...lot more than their online RRP. Despite the horrible store experience I really enjoyed their products. The manuka honey peel and cleanser leave me feeling soft, smooth and fresh faced. It removes any dead skin nice and smoothly. Unfortunately due to the sales techniques I question the authenticity of the product. I really hope they improve the in store experience for customers as that is the only reason I don't want to buy the products again and support the company.

Belongs In Everyones Regimen
Its has almost been 2 months since I started using the Manuka Honey Peel and I have had such a good experience going all the way back to when I first bought it. The staff were incredibly friendly to me and helped me find exactly what I wanted/needed, which was a good exfoliator. My skin has improved drastically since using. My skin looks smoother, brighter, younger and most importantly I FEEL BETTER about my skin. I love it
Best product ever! Love the ERDA range~!
The first time I bought 3 sets of Indulgence pack was in Garden city. This time I was asked to give a feedback on the products when I purchased again the second time. This time, 5 Manuka honey peels along with a Luxury kit. The product is excellent. King gives me the best price as always! I know I am a difficult lady but he has so much patience for me. Thank you so much for the service and product! I love Origani! <3
N o p e
There are 3 things I would like to point out:
1. The staff
A female staff was very pushy. Not to mention that she tricked us that the night cream was ‘free’ since we (my friend and I) are sixteen. We bought this Erda luxury kits that each costs around 420 AUD; this is including the ‘free’ night cream. However, when I came home and checked the price online, I saw that the Erda luxury kit costs 305 AUD and the night cream costs 160 AUD. If the night cream was ‘free’, we would not have paid 420 AUD each. It’s a marketing trick thing so for tho...

Go to buy this! Fantastic!
Really awesome product! Got the Manuka Honey as part of the indulgence collection I purchased at Canberra Centre. Love the products, the manuka honey gives me a great feeling of freshness, I have always suffered from redness on my face and can really see how the product is helping to lighten up my skin tone.
The service at Canberra centre was great and they educated me about all the benefits of Manuka honey which was brilliant. thanks to the wonderful team for introducing me to this wonder :-)

Has Really Helped Me and My Skin
To those who have sensitive skin (like me) and it gets irritated very easily, Manuka Honey Peel is a good product for you. It doesn't dry up your face after multiple uses. It moisturizes your face and keeps it looking healthy and clean. I personally was recommended this product because of my acne scars and now I can say It really helped my skin erase the acne scars and also brightens my skin tones and makes it look and feel so smooth. I used it anywhere from 3-4 times per week; It is a great product and I'm really happy I found something that works for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Its the perfect exfoliating mask I have ever used.

Questions & Answers
can it remove freckle on face?
Thank you for your question.
Freckle happens due to genetic and sunshine factors. If it's genetic, it's extremely hard to remove. However, if your case is because of the sun, we recommend you to try Origani COMPLEXION PERFECTION range. It is specified for Hyperpigmentation treatment. Kindly visit our website for more information: https://www.origani.com.au/shop-by-range/complexion-perfection.html.
Thanks Charlene and have a nice day!
Hi. I bought this Manuka honey peel, the day cream and the soap. I started using it this week and my face is starting to itch. Is it supposed to be like this?
Thank you for your question.
That shouldn't be the case. Please make sure that you have followed the instruction of applying and rubbing the Manuka Honey Peel for less than 10 seconds. If the reaction still persists, please stop using the product.
We hope this helps.
