I've had the bed just over a year and it is completely failing on me. The joints where the legs connect are breaking and the legs bending underneath me causing a severely unsafe situation. The customer support has been ridiculous and offered for someone to come fix it at my expense. Worst company and worst experience with customer service ever.

Purchased in July 2025 at Originmattress for $2,199.
