This is our second refresh mattress. Our first was a king but we needed to downsize and the big thing for us was we wanted the exact same mattress. This supports my back and my hips very well as I suffer multiple issues and pain condition. Will always stick to Omf mattresses! Show details ·  1

Prestige medium QS – I know you need to break in a mattress but this one I got is not comfortable at all and how long does it take for the puffy pillow top take to develope.? Mine is totally flat. Nothing like the one at the shop. I can't get comfortable on it at all. It's just gone 2am and it looks like another night sleeping on the lounge. Show details

Great service – Sue from the Mount Gravatt store provided great service with no pressure to buy and was super helpfull. Biggest waste of $1800.00 ever spent! – Bought a mattress on the 31st if January 2016 from this company for $1269.00 and found it too soft so replaced it with a firmer mattress for $1699.00 on the 25th of April 2016. company who asked us to measure the depth of the indents, afterwhich we were told that it was normal. It is so uncomfortable, we have put up with this torture device for as long as is humanly possible, finally after 2 years odd I have had to purchase another mattress from a reputable company. What a waste of my hard earned money. Beware of this company, you have been warned!

After three years so uncomfortable I cant bear it – Bought this mattress three years ago drawn by the 10 year warranty. But after five years its so bad I need to throw it out. Call the factory they said I need to produce the original receipt!!! I have moved three time since then so no chance of finding it.  Show details

too hard – the medium mattress is still hard separate springs are fine but too hard for the back but gives you the right support you can't tell the difference until you really try it for a full night  Show details

Grand royal crap – Be very careful when offered the extra 100 days return staff wait till you have paid before you get the receipt that states that if you exchange and you choose a cheaper bed no refund also have to pay extra on del and pick up also note the bed is nothing like the one displayed in store. all through the night told store manager all she said was she was happy to listen to me vent. But I would not get money back on the cheaper bed plus pay extra for del and puck of the worse bed ever spent $1499 sleeping on the bloody lounge tonight the bed is med and not the same as display as the bed I have feels like extra firm even having trouble turning it’s a nightmare

Despite the promise of 3 weeks delivery 6 weeks gone still they cannot tell a delivery date – When I purchased they said they are delivering in 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks passed by and when I call they tell me they cannot tell me a time frame when it will be delivered.  Show details
