Original Mattress Factory (OMF) Mattresses

Very disappointing customer relations. Sold us a dodgy bed frame (missing/damaged parts, unable To assemble). They did replace it without issue after a few weeks but have refused to take the old bed (boxed, was unable to assemble) despite repeated requests to collect it. Clearly not their problem to dispose of.

My partner and I went into OMF and ended up spending more than what we'd budgeted for because we were so desperate to change mattresses. The staff member was lovely and seemingly super helpful in store. Fast forward, we've now have the current one for about 6 months and it's one of the worst mattresses I've had. We initially didn't think it was very comfortable, quite firm but an improvement and I'd just had a procedure done and wasn't comfortable in general. Slept in every part possible for the first two weeks and threw out our bed base to ensure it wouldn't cause indents or make the mattress seem worse that it is. Almost immediately there was body indentations despite this being out biggest concern (were both 60-70kgs).

In short - it's firm, very firm, minimal support, major body indentations just getting worse despite regularly turning it and following the initial after-care to a T. My partner and I wake up every day generally in pain, especially the two issues we noted in store. We had been rotating it every two weeks but there doesn't seem to be much point now. Also bought an expensive mattress topper to see if that would mask the issue but it hasn't. It's so obvious that there is a very small ridge in the middle that's heightened and you can feel you're going to roll to one side. Really disappointed.

helps with the experience. You do not need to spend thousands to get a great nights sleep. Every night when I hit the mattress, I still feel like I've gotten into a luxury bed. I though it was only fair that I purchased some real linen sheets just to complete the feeling of being in heaven. The mattress arrives in a box, love it, cost effective in terms of storage and enjoy seeing it being unfurled onto the bed. You will not be unhappy, your body, your back, whatever you might have issues with, the mattress won't add to your woes. Both my husband and I sleep differently, but the mattress suits us both. Buy with confidence, I did, I bought another mattress for my guest room, I know they'll be happy.

chose a different mattress which was delivered today. Although I’m yet to sleep for a full night, I have been so comfortable resting today that I couldn’t wait to write a review. Cindy has assured me that if this one isn’t right she will continue to help me due to the impact on my recovery but I am very sure I won’t need another exchange. I am so grateful for the service and expertise I experienced from Cindy and have already recommended OMF to friends and family. So happy with our Urban Luxe Support Queen Mattress from OMF. Ever since we got this mattress the quality of my sleep has gotten so much better. Didn’t realise how much of a difference a good quality mattress makes to your day to day living. Mattress felt a certain firmness in the showroom, but has softened up too much since bringing it home and using it. And it has sagged in the spots where my partner and I sleep, in spite of rotating it frequently as per recommendation when we bought it. Honestly this mattress had sagging pretty much immediately after the trail period ended. My partner and I are no more that 70kg and each side of the bed has distinct divots we now have to sleep in. solid bed frame so it is definitely the mattress that created it. Please do yourself a favour and try another company before OMF! I have tried contacting about a warranty claim as i would like a refund on this purchase.. I will eventually upload pictures and videos to show the extent of how terrible to quality of the mattress is.

Got it yesterday. First night sleep so good. No hip or leg pain , fantastic. Only criticism is that it is higher than my old mattress, and my little dog can't jump up. Much heavier than I thought, and I will have trouble rotating it. Worth it though for a good night's sleep. Show reply

I spent sooooooo much time researching and testing mattresses. I loved the higher end Sealy Exquisite but felt it hard to part with that much money and couldn't find anything comparable. I wasn't going to try OMF because I didn't know the brand. I'm soooooo glad we did. We purchased the Brighton It has everything that we wanted in the Exquisite for a fraction of the price. rested consistently, my morning energy no longer feels drained from an average sleep on my old mattress. I feel content each night when I lay down and I appreciate the product in full. I was looking at purchasing this mattress for several years, and I am absolutely elated that I finally invested in this incredible mattress 6 months back. So, if you're reading this please take my advice if you're sitting back procrastinating. This is not some frivolous purchase, this is an investment into your health/wellbeing, your body will thank you.

love it. I previously liked a medium firmness and hubby liked his firmer but OMF’s Revivify Firm. Mattress has won me over - positive effect on both of our back issues resulting in a better night’s rest. The mattress is durable and has maintained its shape and firmness. Highly recommend the mattress protector, stays in place and easy to remove for washing. Thanks OMF, we will definitely by another in due time.

I was planning to buy a soft Revivify mattress because it was perfect for my back, but it wasn't in stock, and I was in a hurry. So, they suggested a Mornington (soft) mattress. The mattress is well-supported at the edges, but the middle has a problem where it dips in the middle when you sleep on it. Imagine how it would be for two people to sleep… Read more

We love our revivify double mattress. So much so that we ended up buying 2 more in queen size. For our City pad & for our house down the coast. very comfortable & we have a great sleep. So easy to pick up & install as in a box. Originally we were sceptical about it being rolled up but no more. Great quality & would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a reasonably priced mattress. We've had it for 1 year now & still feels the same as when we bought it.
