Be careful! It is a scam - they sell made in China boots, and these boots manufactured in China are not indicated as such on the website. This detail has been omitted from the customer view. It’s important to be aware that not all of the items are produced in Australia and that not everything is “the real deal” on this website. The products made in China ought to be distinctly marked as such to ensure honest, free of misleading and professional customer service. The customer service representative, aware of the situation, tries to act clever by blaming you while charging you as much as for genuine Australian-made boots. All I can say is: avoid this shop.

Long Velcro black Ugg boots FANTASTIC – I had been looking online for several weeks on Google, eBay ect for Long/tall black Ugg boots and finally found fantastic stylish ones from this store they dispatched the next day with a tracking number because of cov19 I thought they would take forever to arrive but they didn't which I was even more happy about . They are well made , exactly what they description / photo showed, the size is a perfect fit and so very comfortable. I highly recommend this company. Pleased from Perth

Top quality Australian Ugg products – I purchased Ugg boots a few years ago. Business name, "Originals UGG Australia". Today my second purchase arrived, Ugg slippers and Ugg ear muffs. The attention to details. The robust and pleasant designs. The luxury and fit. The distinctive two tone, tan/yellow sole. These products are first class, and importantly, at a fair price. Negatives include customers unable to have accounts, as their website doesn't allow for that. Also communication is non existent. I had no idea my parcel was coming, and so I wasn't expecting it to arrive today.
It is curious that such an excellent product range and fast delivery is impacted by the negatives above.
I hope they improve, as their products are among the best.

I had posted this under a competitor ... the names are so similar. Just look for the tan and yellow sole.
