BAD MATTRESS - Do not buy it – We bought this mattress 3 years ago at Amart Benowa. They sold it to us saying “there is a 10 year guarantee, so if you are unhappy just call them”. month but the mattress is now collapsing too much which is making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I think the springs are not supporting well our weight difference, not sure. We contacted the customer service to activate the guarantee, and they are saying that they have reviewed the documentation that we have provided and found the issue described may simply be normal body impressions. Indentations of 40mm on a pillow top and 25mm on a non-pillow top is the ACCEPTABLE industry standard.

So in sum, they won’t exchange our matters because it shows a indentation of almost 30mm, not 40mm - seriously - It is a joke! Will never buy it again.

I feel that Amart wasn’t honest as well. The way they told us, made us to feel very comfortable that any issue would be resolved promptly.

Don’t get worried by the bad reviews – I was having back issues and suffer from insomnia so went to find a new mattress. love it. I always put a mattress topper on all new mattresses I get until they are worn in a little. I’m really happy with it!
