Orthokinetic Classic Plush

Firstly, regarding the quality issue: I purchased the mattresses in 2019. After using them for two years, I noticed that the mattresses had sagged. I contacted Amart, and they advised me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer provided me with a lot of documents, but ultimately stated that the sagging was within an acceptable range. Today, I discovered that the bottom of the mattress is damaged, and I found that the internal filling may use recycle textile materials (possibly offcuts or reused fabrics) , which may have health implications. I have already filed a complaint with Amart. I am now seeking a refund and have also lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

This mattress is just awful – I purchased this mattress in 2019. It has a 15 year warranty. At first it was fine but the mattress has definitely not maintained it’s firmness - my partner and I are rolling in and sinking into the middle of the mattress. I have sent at least three emails to sleepeeze, have completed their complaints form, sent photos as requested only to be advised that this is a plush mattress and saying that if you are finding a spot on the mattress uncomfortable then move onto and sleep in a different spot- what a bizarre response!! Looking at other responses it just looks like they will not take responsibility for a bad product. This mattress has not been damaged and sits on a sturdy bed base.
