Firstly, regarding the quality issue: I purchased the mattresses in 2019. After using them for two years, I noticed that the mattresses had sagged. I contacted Amart, and they advised me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer provided me with a lot of documents, but ultimately stated that the sagging was within an acceptable range. Today, I discovered that the bottom of the mattress is damaged, and I found that the internal filling may use recycle textile materials (possibly offcuts or reused fabrics) , which may have health implications. I have already filed a complaint with Amart. I am now seeking a refund and have also lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

Horrible – This mattress should come with a complimentary box of Valium because I can assure you will need it. DO NOT BUY! Extremely uncomfortable and causes terrible back, neck and shoulder pain. Overpriced Chinese rubbish.
