Awful mattress. Buyer be ware! – I bought this mattress 7 years ago and I’m finally getting rid of it so I decided to write a review. These past 7 years have been absolute hell! This mattress is sooo awful and has been awful throughout the 7 years I’ve had it. It’s hard, massive and heavy and sooo hot. Worst Amart purchas – Worst mattress. Dips ridiculously, rotate it weekly. Have had recurring back issues once purchasing it. Cost $2000 from Amart Kawana. Don’t buy one- avoid! Warranty claim was not successful they say the dip is normal but it makes you role off it all night. Show details

Wish I had read the reviews before buying this rubbish – We bought this mattress at Amart 4 years ago on the recommendation of the sales person. photos and fill in forms. Then they tell you there's nothing wrong with the mattress and just try sleeping in the middle. They are treating their customers like fools and fools we certainly are for buying their rubbish mattress. Please don't buy this mattress if you're looking for comfort or back support because you certainly won't get it. Worst Mattress – Purchased in May 2018. Lack of sleep, the mattress has got soft over time. After laying down for 30 minutes, the form gets shaggy, and it's hard for two people to sleep on it. during the pandemic. My husband and I swapped the room and have been using a queen bed since then. Now I have moved to my new house and have been using this bed for last month, despite not being using for the years, it so soft and shaggy that I, my husband and my son cannot lay on it together. It is extremely soft and me and my partner both have been complaining about lower back pain. Also, unlike our other queen mattress, we feel extremely hot at night on this Orthokinetic Granuer matteress.

Bought for $2099 from the Springvale store. Worst Mattress. The queen mattress I bought for $1000 is 100% better than this. Orthonetic is only the brand, no quality.

warranty was peace of mind to purchase however, reading other reviews, this is a farce. We have rotated the mattress regularly as recommended and it has still sunk on both sides. Is it so uncomfortable, we both get up with a sore back everyday and now never sleep through the night. We will never buy another Orthokinetic mattress and will be warning anyone we can to avoid.

changed mattress sides every 30 days as told by Amart guys but now its 1.5 years of ownership its still the same. We don't like to sleep on it but paid $1600 for a mattress when it was on sale. Was even told by sales person that if you got any problem come straight to us and you don't even had to chase mattress company as they take care of it but when I contacted them, they said contact sleepezee and put a claim as that company looks after orthokinetic mattresses. I don't know what to provide evidence to show my pain to them. Really frustrated with mattress. Will not recommend to anyone. I wish Amart fyshwich stood upon their words and helped us straightaway instead of sending us to other companies for claims.

Would have to be the most expensive mattress I have purchased. By far the worst on support it sags after 12 months - – Do yourself a favour and buy Australian made most expensive I have ever purchased and by far the least comfortable and supportive, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. catch up on my sleep. Since I travelled a lot in the past (nearly 3 years), could avoid sleeping on the bed. seller again given the dishonest sales talk and push to buy this sub-standard product. Must get a better commission. You need a crane to turn this thing and it still sags anyway. Gets very hot too. Reader beware: Don’t be conned by A Mart - this thing is rubbish, and expensive rubbish at that.

unbearable!! We now put additional support (Yoga Mats) under the sheets which helps. We had our previous mattress for 15 years with no problem and we are not overweight. Contacted Amart who referred us to the manufacturer who then told us they only deal with manufacturing issues not "comfort" issues and refused to assist!!!! This bed is TOTAL RUBBISH, the memory foam is faulty and it weighs a ton. We intend to take this issue further now that we have seen the other poor reviews and similar problems!!

Should be a 1/2 star option – Purchased from A-Mart Maroochydore. They swore best mattress ever, great quality, paid for the extra springs to prevent any sagging - what a load of ****. Should have looked online for reviews. This mattress is hot! Sure it contours to your body but the memory foam keeps all the heat trapped. You will wake up hot and sweaty. Even in air-con. Can't imagine trying to sleep on it without air-con.

It's firm and soft at the same time. You kind of sink while sitting up, but that then firms up. You can't sit on this bed without placing strain on your back.

You WILL still feel someone get on and off the bed. Or even rolling around next to you because of the bed sheets. The mattress is supposed to stop that, but fails to, if it has sheets on it. (A major selling point was not being able to feel anyone get on or off).

Hard to sleep on this bed with any pillow. Tried plenty. Only a pillow with similar material works. If you have back problems, you will not find solace here.

The one in store is comfortable because it hasn't got sheets on it. It's been aired and worn in. And even if you actually try it for a while to allow your body to adjust to the new bed. It still disappoints.

Wish I had not bought it (thinking I was being looked after) and gone to a bed store instead. Unfortunately, now I'm stuck with this bed. Can't afford another one for now.

RUBBISH - DO NOT BUY – Paid $2400 for this mattress and we have had nothing but pain ever since. We sent the first mattress back as it was so hard and the shop floor felt so much nicer, however after getting the "shop floor one", we are in the same position and we dont get a good nights sleep.
