Worst mattress I have ever slept on!! – We bought this mattress at Amart in Campbellfield VIC 2 years ago. It was expensive and supposedly had a lifetime guarantee. It has now sagged more than 40cms, we have followed all advice in turning mattress etc but it is now so uncomfortable that my partner and I wake every morning with aches. refunded half of bed frame and later refunded everything.
Don't don't buy it from these guys, they were great but recent experiences tell me that they have gone down in their quality big time.

How are you supposed to make the bed? – Recently purchased this mattress and it is very supportive and comfortable BUT it is so deep and heavy that I can't make the bed! check the weight or height of the mattress before purchase so it is probably our fault. Recommend you lift the mattress and measure its height and check back to your bed base before purchasing any mattress.
There is a guarantee but it only covers if you don't like the mattress sleeping wise AND it only works to exchange for the same brand so there is no joy to be had there.
Very disappointed with an expensive purchase.
Worse mattress – Yesterday we bought the mattress, I had a worse sleep and in the morning had neck and back pain. Though we our in 180 day sleep guarantee, still they are asking us to use for couple of months. I am very disappointed and if mattress is painful than how can you bear it. Great for bad backs – This mattress is supportive all the way to the mattress sides and offers sufficient comfort layer. It takes some getting used to when compared to the typical cushion of mattresses. But I no longer sag in the middle and my spine stays aligned. And I can't feel any movement when my spouse rolls over. Cheaper than other popular brands but well worth the money. Show details

terrible, don't ever buy it – purchased base and mattress together at Feb this years. After four months later, it makes noise and one side mattress become softer than other side. customer service, they said the base has been changed, the mattress is fine, its my own comfort problem.(well, then how can me and my partner both only feel one side is ok and other is more softer), they refused to do another assessment. So what is ten years warranty about then??? And again, after two months later, the noise comes back. Really disappointment with their customer service. I have been contact the customer service for so many times, they said if I am not happy with the mattress again, need to contact the store where I purchased it, they can't do anything further. I contacted the super amart and they put claim again, but didn't hear anything from them after one month. So called up super Amart, been told its up to Orthokinetic to contact me.
For people thinking to get the good mattress, don't ever buy this brand, waste of money and time.
Waste of money – We bought a queen size mattress in November 2015.gave ourselves nearly 7months to get used to it.after numerous massage and chiro visit we had to go back and sleep on our old double bed as we constantly had lower back and back pain. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS EVEN IF IT IS FREE DO NOT TAKE IT! Contacted Super Amart,no call back yet or nothing...badly wants my money back and buy a normal mattress

run around by them, 3 weeks and counting to get something done. The mattress does not provide the comfort it's suppose to. I want my money back ASAP so that I can get a mattress that will give me the support and comfort needed for a good nights sleep.
