Very unhappy!! Caused back pain!! – Purchased this mattress a year ago from Amart. Rotated the mattress as per recommendation, not only didn’t get better but it got worse. occurred and I am again getting back issues. Not sure if I was lied to when I purchased it but would not recommend it. Any mattress with a cushion topper will negate the firm effect anyone would be looking for in a "firm" mattress.

worst mattress ever built – I bought this mattress 3 months ago from Amart Joondalup and started using from last weeks but one side of the mattress is sagging and not supporting body at all and causing back pain. it for 30 days. Lets see how I go with the claim but I would not recommend Orthokinetic brand at all.. Really Poor customer service . Would have purchased Ikea mattress instead for $400.00 and it would have provided the support that body need.

Disappointed – We decided to invest in a good mattress, sorry to say thats not what we got. Really disappointed in how quickly this mattress lost its firmness, my partner and i have both had so much trouble with our backs over the last couple of years from it. that when you are laying on the bed, if one of the pets jumps up onto the bed, you do not feel it. It was explained to me, that this is due to pocket springs as opposed to inner spring. I dont know what it all means, but to me - it means that I am not disturbed when I am sleeping, and I have pets jumping up and down from the bed all the time - so its a winner in my books!!

initial response was they are trying to blame our bed base for the huge sagging in the middle and that the amount of sagging is acceptable. Yet we have never had an issue like this with any other cheaper brand mattresses in the past.

Absolutely Terrible!! – We have had this mattress for over a year now, and for a year I have had nothing but the worst shoulder problems. Never putting it down to this mattress and always believing it was something else as we had spent so much money on a good mattress!! ..... possible reasons. The foam on top makes you so hot - we installed a new air conditioning thinking it was the air. We have a brand new mitsubishi a/c and this bed is still HOT ! We changed our pillows to all sorts - made no difference. Rotated the bed no difference. We finally decided to try a different bed. We took turns to sleep in our 10 year old crummy single Sleepmaker bed and I can sleep in this single for 5 hours and feel amazingly refreshed. The joke is we are now fighting for the single bed in fear of what this Orthokinetic king mattress does to our quality of life at work the day after. I won't ever buy this brand again and the credibility of Amart is well.. should have known better. Will spread the word as I do not want anyone to go through what we did. Reading other reviews, it is exactly as others have felt - 2 indents with a raised part down the centre. It really feels as if you are sinking in. Funnily enough, my parents had gone ahead and bought the same mattress on our recommendation and when I slept on theirs for a period of 2 weeks in Nov it was bliss! Coming back to sleeping on ours made me realise perhaps there was a fault with ours. I slept on theirs again for about a week the following Jan and it still felt terrific. We just had our second baby in Oct 2014 and my husband works away a lot so with one thing or another we just put up with the mattress plus I got to stay at my parents a lot and enjoy their good mattress! Now in February 2016 though, I'm feeling really sore & stiff everytime I wake up and I came on here to see what others thought and am so thankful that it's not just me! I had the opportunity to sleep on my parents bed again for 3 nights last week and it was the first time I didn't wake with a backache in ages. I'm going to email my receipt and purchase date now and just really hope that this matter can be resolved soon with a replacement mattress so I can get some good sleep again! bad matress dont buy orthokinetic – I bought a orthokinetic matress king size 10 months ago its the worst matress ever and a waste of money I thought I would tough it out but I am at my wits end, it kills my back and my neck it provides absolutely no back support what so ever cant sleep on it. The worst thing is when the sales rep says it will be great for your back its been the worst thing ever.

posteropedics in the past and this out does them, every one is different some like one thing others hate it, try it at the store for at least 20min and if you like it buy it, i dont regret buying this bed, and ive had it 3 months now and still love it, bear in mind its depth is higher than other mattresses and fits very snuggly on a queen size bed frame

12-Month-Old Mattress Feels Like It's 100 Years Old – Bought king size - firm, after sales lady told us how wonderful this would be for our backs. There is no support at all, feels like an air bed that deflates - sinks with body weight and large bump in the middle. Wake up feeling horrible after not sleeping well due to the non support. Rotate the mattress regularly but not any help. Need to fix this real soon as having leg surgery in 2 weeks.
