difference in density and I'm still waking up in pain. Asst. Manager at Super Amart response initially was to tell me the staff who served me on both occasions didn't know what they were talking about. One not normally being a sales person! Incredulous that this manager deemed it ok to speak so poorly of his staff and to tell me that it would take 3 months to break in (that was never mentioned by staff who are clearly not trained up to work in that area of shop). He was suppose to call me back after discussing my happiness with product with someone higher up and after not hearing from him for 3 days, went in and was given offer to have mattress from display floor. Which has been laid on by countless people. Regretting the decision to pay out $1300 for a product that not only does deliver in way it was advised or advertised. Having to spend fortune in osteo appointments to realign my back and hips.

Best ever – We've had our mattress for 6 years now and it's still as comfortable as the day we got it. Ever time we go away we look forward to getting back into our bed 10/10

Great bed – The mattress is as firm and plush on top as the day we purchased it 6 months ago. At this point cannot offer nothing but 10 out of 10, little firmer than what my wife would have liked. I weigh just on 100 kts and I find it’s great.  Show details

What a nightmare – This is the worse mattress I have ever owned. Reported the issue of the hill in the middle of the mattress, you can't have a cuddle or you roll down the hill. repair it. I asked if we could have the mattress replaced as I do not want it taken away and they said no my contract is not with them its with super a mart. Super A mart say there is nothing they can do as they do not own the warranty so I am stuck in the middle with only the option of repair. Was anyone else offered a repair?

Faulty Matress and Evean Worse Customer Service – Never purchase a bed with this company. emails for up to 11 days at a time we had to get it cleaned $90 and take 3 days off work to fit in with their scheduled to assess, pick up the mattress to repair and then drop back off.

A few months later the same issue came back. Again I have been waiting over a month to get a replacement.

I have to call them everyday as anything they say never happens and the weeks keep rolling by. Emails arnt replied to, phone calls are not returned and conveniently there is never a manager to speak to or return my call which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

9 months later and as the weeks go on our backs get worse, we don't get a good nights sleep and have to keep spending money doctors to ease the back pain.

Super Amart and Sleepeeze are both involved in this issue and its a joke how they treat their customers. I would like to see how they would like it if they had to sleep on this Faulty crap mattress and go to work to deal with these complaints every day. Just Shocking!

middle, I started to have huge problems with my back, with my neck, and the worse what I have now after being on that mattress for few month - are my fingers and my hands are getting numb that bad, that I had to move to sleep on the floor. After sleeping on the floor (I had camping selfinflating mattress) for few month, most of problems were gone, so we have decided to try to return this product back to the store/upgrade to whatever different brand. have been sleeping it's like sleeping on a slope! Worst bed I've ever slept in! Spent hundreds of dollars on Chiro and massages and it's all down to this Crappy mattress which has now been discontinued suprise suprise.

Terrible mattress! Continuous back pain! – I purchased this mattress from super amart just a year ago and the entire middle section of the mattress slopes inwards which gives me terrible back pain. It no longer can support itself. I was told specifically by a sales team member that this mattress would be perfect and that I should spend extra for the quality and this is what I get! mattresses. I noticed by the end of the week that my hip pain had disappeared. First night home and back into the Orthokinetic mattress and I've woken up and can barely walk. I am devastated. We couldn't afford a new mattress and after 17 years bought this one and had to pay it off. After further investigation and research, it seems that these "pillow top" fancy mattresses are the worst thing for your back. I also have some neck issues which didn't bother me - until I got home again. The other issue is the weight of the mattress. It is almost impossible to make the bed with a fitted sheet because it is way too heavy. I had to throw all my sheets out and buy special "super queen" sheets with a 50cm gusset. I'm about to investigate a high density foam mattress and throw my $2000 down the drain.

I've always thought Sealy mattresses were reputable, but this illusion of a lovely bed that matches your body frame etc etc... the sales pitch that was spun to us, is not true. Do your investigation - speak to a reputable chiropractor, and don't fall for the marketing.

Would not buy Orthokinetic again – I would not buy this Brand or from Super A-mart again. and her husband also had dipping in our mattresses. My cousin's mattress was replaced by Super A-mart, with the advice that there was a fault in the Mattress line.

So far, I have had no luck in discussing with Super Amart or Sleep Ezee.

Mattress is big and heavy to lift (not recommended if you are single!). I have also been advised by Sleep Ezee that the Warranty Conditions are the following:-

1) In the first three months after purchasing, it is recommended to rotate your new Orthokinetic mattress every two weeks.

2) After the initial three (3) months, it is recommended you rotate your Orthokinetic mattress once a month. Continue this for the life of your mattress.

3) Please do not rotate your mattress by yourself, but with assistance

Considering I don't remember seeing Warranty Conditions, I have looked back through my paperwork to find that I haven't received any. I don't know how a company expects to stand by a Product, if they don't supply the conditions of a warranty to a Customer.

Needless to say, I am going to Consumer Affairs

Awesome night sleep – After being involved in a car accident a new mattress was required. I have improved so much by purchasing this mattress. I will never look back best sleep ever. After reading reviews after I purchased I almost changed my mind glad I didnt. Best purchase I have made great quality the only down side the mattress is high but I can live with that.
