5 years on still going strong – When I did first purchase this mattress from Amart it did take me 3 weeks to adjust to it, since then I have had the most enjoyable sleeping experience every time, I am a decent size man 105kg but this has never been an issue with the quality of the mattress, tbh I am very shocked of the negative reviews, I’m not sure if I just got lucky or what? Like a great number of other reviews we have experienced the idetical issues with this unit. At a co – Purchased along with significant other items, we decided that we needed a new mattress to go with the new suite. tried several in store including other leading brands. side, a ridge down the middle and frankly an uncomfortable experience. I have slept on more comfortable straw mattress's in the military than this unit only 25% into its warranty period. Astounding when rival units are better performers over the same period. My son has a leading brand of identical size and no issues. I would not recommend these to anyone, about to start the warranty claim process but frankly doubt it will be resolved with an alternate unit as replacement without involving protracted action.

issues. We explained that we were both side sleepers.

The first couple of months the mattress was fine but started to steadily deteriorate from that point with extreme sagging on both sides of the mattress with a pronounced hump in the middle. We rotated the mattress as advised but this was no help at all. We have had to resort to placing 2 Euro pillows under each sagging section of the mattress to provide some sort of support for us to sleep on this thing. This has helped to a point but we still both wake up aching all over.

The mattress was sold with a 15 year warranty and it barely lasted 6 months before it was badly sagging and causing aches and pains. I rang Amart Furniture and I have been referred to the manufacturer, Sleepeezee.

This mattress is promoted as Amart Furniture's home brand but they fob you off to someone else instead of standing by what they sell. We also feel like we were mislead by the salesman. Not happy at all and wouldn't suggest this mattress to my worst enemy.

for most of the time, i try it a least once a week but toss and turn so much i go back to the single bed,it is the worse bed to make and is so heavy to the piont i cant even lift a corner,I should have taken it back the first time i rung Supper Amart i paid around $1800 and has been a total waste of money and a huge disappointment

by myself (I'm 66) just spin it bit by bit, we did have a mattress topper on it at first, not needed, just a normal mattress protector is needed. As far as tucking the sheets in, you do not lift it you slide the sheets under ..

We love our new bed, can't wait to get into it & don't want to get out of it in the morning.

update: still happy with our bed, just want to say when I referred to turning the mattress

it is an ensemble not a mattress on slats, so maybe that makes it a little easier.

Very Happy – We've had this mattress for over 8 months now and are very happy with it. I'm 80kg and my wife 50kg. I travel a bit for work and always look forward to coming back home to this sleep on this mattress. Terrible – I made the biggest mistake purchasing this mattress. It felt great in the store but once we had slept on the mattress for a month or two we started to feel indentations on each side. mattress which we thought was a good investment. I am on a single income and simply can't afford to purchase a new mattress. My neck and back have never been worse and my wife who is recovering from the birth of our first child is really struggling. The mattress also had a severely strong chemical odor for a good couple of months after purchase. Would never buy from SuperAmart again.

We tried out the various support levels in the store and decided that the medium one would suit us.

Right from the very first night, this mattress has been extremely uncomfortable and has made sleeping a nightmare!

My husband who has never had back pain before, wakes up with a sore back every morning and I'm nearly crippled with pain getting up!

Despite turning the mattress regularly, it has already begun to develop the sleep hollows.

I went back to the store to complain and was given the number for sleepeze and have been sent a warranty pack but am fairly certain nothing will be done regarding it as there has to be significant visible dipping to get the assessor out. I was also told that their 180 day sleep guarantee didn't exist when I bought the mattress so that doesn't apply to us either.

I'm beginning to think it's going to be $2800 down the tube and have to hope my physio bills don't keep skyrocketing due to pain caused by this mattress.

Would never recommend this brand to anyone, wishing I'd purchased a sealy like I've had in the past. A very expensive lesson to learn!!!!

Make sure the salesperson gets into detail about your sleep positions before purchasing ie side, bel – We purchased the mattress from Super Amart back in January 2016 and within about a month the mattress was a squishy, undulating torture rack. assessor did for us was simply amazing, he informed us it was completely wrong for our sleep style and he went straight back to Amart and provided extensive feedback to ensure that the staff ask the appropriate questions at the point of sale. Within a few hours everything was sorted with Amart and our matter resolved. We then chose an alternative mattress to suit our sleep positions and we couldn't be more than happy so far with the service. We will leave a review for the new mattress when it comes! The 5 star rating is relating to the service from Sleepeezee and their assessor, rather than the mattress which wasn't right for us.

Great – Bought this Ultra Status Medium. It was too hard, so we swapped for a Microcoil. Oh dear, after only one night; what a mistake, it was like being on a trampoline, noticing ever move. best bed ever. I don't feel my partner move and you do get used to it, especially with the lovely topper on. By the way, super Amart were so accommodating.

Down side: Heavy mattress to move, and difficult to tuck the fitted sheet under the wood frame.
