Hard to buy bed sheets for as its so darn tall (40cm or higher fitted sheets required). However after four years of rotating twice monthly, its developed a ridge in the middle that's more like the a mountain range. My wife and I have constant neck and back pains. I like sleeping on my side and constantly waking up with a sore neck and shoulders. Its simply too uncomfortable to try and sleep in the middle on the ridge. Reading reviews here, It looks we have as much chance of getting a warranty claim as we do finding Harold Holt. Not a terrible result all things considered for the price. Would have liked a few more good years out of it, but for $2000, its not a total write off at the 7 year mark. Now shopping for a new mattress that brings us here. Won't buy another Orthokinectic

Worse Mattress we have every had – We purchased this mattress Feb 2016 from Super A Mart SA. This was the worse choice every made, The mattress did not breath and seemed to collapse within the first hour of going to bed holding you down within the bed. injections, still has not cleared up properly. Then to add insult to injury when I phoned the Company I got insulted by one of the girls on the phone. The one of the sides collapsed, after sending another email to the Company and sending photos I received a call saying that one of the Reps would be in SA and could they come and look at it. He made arrangements for the mattress to be picked up saying it would take about 3 weeks, (they loaned us a 4 inch foam mattress, had better nights sleep on this) 7 weeks later my husband contacted them and was told it had already been sent back fixed, waited, then received another call saying it will be sent. Received it back and 2 weeks later started having soft tissue problems (yes I have got a Doctors certificate). Couldn't sleep on it anymore and went back to our old mattress. We do need a new mattress but being on the aged pension cannot afford one. I would like my money back as this mattress in our spare room but seriously I would not even ask my worse enemy to sleep on it. They have not even contacted me in regard to the problems

Love it – Bought this over a year ago and i love it so much. I was skeptical after buying it as i looked at reviews later but i have not had any issues with sagging, shape or pain. Its so luxurious and supportive, completely changed my life. My partner has a bad back and this helped a lot for him. Its soft & supportive all at the same time. Its been over a year and no issues with it loosing shape or sagging. Would recommend!  Show details

bed and laid on it and thought.,. this is NOT the same mattress as they have on display.. had to unmake the bed which is quite a task as its so heavy to check the label.. sure enough it was the correct model.. so i made the silly assumption.. oh its new..maybe it need to wear in and off i continued on the worst 2 weeks sleep/non sleep of my life.. top of mattress is soft but bottom has no give and feels like your basically sleeping on a brick.. quickly all my back aches and pains returned and by the time i returned this mattress i could barely make a sensible decision on a swap as i was so tired...DO NOT waste your time and money on this expensive mistake.. the store tried to talk me into keeping it longer to "wear it in" but i was not that silly nor even psychically able to stand a single night more on this awful mattress.. I really think they use a different specially made mattress for their displays and this was not the same mattress I tried in the store..

Comfortable but very easily dips – The indentations are very obvious. Which makes it comfortable only if you only sleep in the one spot. When the kids join us in bed they pretty much roll over on top of us. We had hoped to avoid that by purchasing a pocket spring mattress with 7 zones. Orthokinetik mattress for a fee of $80 delivery. We did this once and didn’t take up the offer the second time. We had hoped for something better for $2,000.

Other than the dipping, the mattress is very high and is difficult to find fitted sheets that fit. It’s also exteamly heavy, making it hard to rotate.

mattress I ve suffered nothing but pain. Firstly the mattress sinks in the middle, so I try to sleep on the edge and now there's a indentation of where I sleep on the left hand side. furthermore, when I rotate the mattress there’s a spring that pokes into my hip, on the left hand side. and on the right hand side its like the springs have separated because I feel as if im falling through them and it causes me to wake up with a stiff neck and headaches. so I had purchased numerous pillows and which has made no difference. I have contacted the store numerous times to be flogged off, eventuality they sent someone to my home who inspected the mattress and he said he MAKES the mattress and there was nothing wrong the mattress or the frame. however, the LE Franschhoek wooden frame is NOT structurally sound and not able to support such a heavy mattress, and should not have been sold together. It is clearly obvious the mattress is faulty. I have been misinformed and con into purchasing these products.

i initially went in to purchase a sealy mattress and now i wish i did!

voice my concerns and to cancel mattress, was advised these reviews were for old mattresses and that the product had been improved. So again went against my better judgement and said ok will give it a try.

'Mattress arrived and I lay on it. Immediately I thought, this is far firmer that the one in store and my back felt a bit sore. Thought maybe just was my back getting into alignment.

Boy was I so wrong, went to bed around 8 - bed still like a brick, tossed and turned for nearly two hours, no matter what position I lay on I was on so much pain. Also gel infused for coolness! No chance, you can feel the heat coming through. Couldn't take it any more, so here I am in the spare room after having a huge fight with my husband over the $3000 we just waisted in this bed. I will be contacting Amart when they open today to take this back for a full refund. How can you be expected to lay on something that gives you so much pain. I don't want to chance another of their beds as they are clearly nothing like what you get in the end. I bet I have a fight on my hands getting my money back.

Best mattress ever. So comfortable like sleeping on a cloud – Yes the mattress is fantastic and durable. Love the high pillow top. Very comfortable for my wife and me. The gel mattress is the best, you can move around without disturbing your partner.  Show details

My lower back hurts my neck hurts to the point of now pins and needles are traveling down my left arm. I have now tried to use different pillows (the one I've always favoured didn't work) thinking that this was the solution. But still I'm tossing through the night with lower back pain and neck soreness. After a week the dream of what we where sold is resulting of me taking Advil.. Always trying to look on the bright side. There is no bright side ..we were sold on the idea that we spend more time asleep and we need a comfortable bed. This is now an absolute nightmare. I'm tired. Is this a personal sales gimmick?

Absolutely poor quality for price spent – I purchased Orthokinetic ultra plush second time unlucky still, 6months ago. Absolutely not comfortable and absolutely not supportive as well. visits to realise my back pain neck and arms are from $2800 purchase. Absolute disappointment. I am awaiting on response from social media feedback. I will be requesting exchange for a well known quality brand i should have stuck too walking in the store!!!

What a shocker – Totally agree with previous review, my husband says every time he rolls over it is like going up hill. Most uncomfortable, it has a raised centre piece. paid $3,000 for this mattress and can't believe what a WASTE OF MONEY it is. I have now been to the chiropractor 4 times since purchasing this mattress and I have now had 2 days off work because my back is so bad. So upset and disappointed. I called the store I bought it from and they immediately referred me to the warranty centre. Still waiting for a reply from them.
