If I could give 0 I would. I’ve always used hushafoam which I can’t find in local chemists. They’ve all changed to these. These otiflks are useless. Waste of $11. I measured correctly according to the instructions. I could hear everything clearly!! Getting them out was another matter ugh! Never again. Do not buy this. I can hear everything pretty much at full volume. It's comfortable, too comfortable that I can hear all the people talking, even my sister watching reels. that it is on market, advertising that it is blocking noise. It is a disgusting misrepresentation. I thought all the expensive products have the quality, and realised that that is not true through this product. I want to see the CEO of this product and ask why (s)he would deceive innocent customers.

changed my life – I’m a side sleeper and have pretty narrow canals so most foam earplugs are too painful for me to use. They work well for me – They fit well, are easy to use and effective in blocking out my wife’s snoring. From reading the other reviews it seems that they do not work as well for everybody, but they work for me. I slept well. Show details

Never thought I’d be raving about earplugs… – I work in pharmacy and wondered why anyone would pay 10 times the price of “regular” ear plugs for these. I was so happy I decided to try them for myself. I have never had an earplug that has been so comfortable, stays in so well during the night and most importantly - blocks out so much noise! As I’ve already stated, I never thought I would be raving about an earplug of all thing but I recommend it to all my customers.

Useless – Don't waste ur money. Bought the correct size, watched the video, read the instructions a few times. They are completely useless and didn't block any sound at all. 5 for marketing 0 for effectiveness.

Difficult to get the size right – Any earplug is useless if you can’t get a good seal on both ears. I have bought sizes M, L, and XL and it is impossible to get the right fit for a good seal on my ears. Are they serious, don't waste your money! – Had hopes of these being what the blurb about them said, unfortunately I paid $12 for 2cents of worthless silicone, after about 10 minutes I took them out and threw them in the bin then went back to my cheap trusty foam industrial ear plugs, work 100% better than the Otifleks. Careful insertion of plugs is the key – I have tried everything for bark-all-night-dogs. After 2 years of trying various products these Otiflex plugs are both comfy and effective. Insertion is a knack, but patience rewards a couple of tries. Night after night of unbroken sleep after so long. I test with a click of my fingers close to my ear. Awful. I wear earplugs every night cuz my partner snores like a chainsaw. Worst I've ever tried, and the most expensive! – Did little to nothing to block out noise. One pair for 14 dollars and they're useless, don't compare at all to the foam ones I use. Was trying to use something more environmentally friendly but wow, so useless! Do not work – I bought the small ones but had 0 effect, so I went out and bought the medium ones thinking it was just a sizing issue. They ended up hurting my ears because they were too big and didn't block out any sound. Very dissapointed in them. Show details

What a load of rubbish – I was super hopeful that these earplugs would work. I made sure I had the correct size using the size chart. I inserted them as per the instructions. They did Not reduce the noise from the frogs and crickets outside at all. I’m not sure if the rubber folded up in my ear or what the story was but I’m going to return these. I spent about a half hour taking them out then putting them back in to make sure they are in correctly. I’m so disappointed. Show details

Best ear plugs – I have used these for years- they are comfortable and work. Sometimes they fall out or need attention to remove them in the morning... but they work. I even got my house broken into whilst sleeping, they stole my wallet, some possessions and took my car. I didn’t hear them... so guess it’s fair to say these plugs work! Make sure you get the correct size though for the right fit.

Pretty much useless – I purchased the medium and large sleep ones. Measurement said to get medium but didnt block out even the tiniest of noise. I then purchased the large which is realy hard to get in my ears. I can still hear everything with the large and all conversations but it takes away the edge of high pitch sounds.

Ear plugs don’t work – These ear plugs barely block sound. I get better results covering my ears with my hands than I do with these ear plugs. I could still hear conversations from the street. They also started to hurt my inner ears after about 5-10 minutes. Don’t be fooled by the nice case it comes in. Fooled me. Show details

No good – Virtually no effect, could still hear everything almost as clearly as before. My own voice was a bit muffled, but that was the only difference. Testing them out I could still have normal conversations with people across the room, save your money. Show details

Best product so far – I bought the Good Sleep buds over a month ago and I must say they are the best thing ever. My husband snore like anything and keeps me awake and wakes me but since I have been using the buds I sleep like a baby and sleep through the night. These are amazing Show details

Not an Australian standard Dba, be very aware! – I put them onto my ears hoping for some peace, I waited for about 5 minutes for my good sleep to mould into my ears, then I realised that I could still hear everything, there was a slight muffling effect, so I put my cheap 95 cent foam ear plugs in and I found that the cheap foam ear plugs were way more effective. can’t hear their dog snoring whilst using these otifleks plugs, I just don’t know how. I’m very dissatisfied and the worst part is that once the deal is broken there is no refund in them. Beware the SNR 30 is not an Australian standard it’s a European standard and is definitely not the same as the Australian standard of 25 Dba rating, please be very aware of this.

What a difference! – I have a dog that snores like an old man and always sleep with foam ear plugs. I gave these a go and was amazed! I keep checking that the dog is still alive because I cannot hear him at all. A little bit painful when getting them out is the only issue. I bought the normal ones, not sure what the difference is with the women's ones.

Best night's sleep in a very long time – The first night I wore these ear plugs was the best night's sleep that I have had in over 30 years of marriage due to my husband's snoring. They can be a little tricky to insert & remove properly but once you get that they are wonderful. My only problem is that my dog loves to eat them, even when they are in their case.

Didn't do anything!! – I had the same issue as many others. It just didn't seem to block hardly any noise at all!! I also bought a pack of the slimfit soft foam plugs and they worked soooo much better!!! And half the cost!!

Expensive mistake – Don't block out even the rustle of leaves outside. Tried inserting them differently many times but simply don't work. Pharmacy assistant helped with sizing and wouldn't risk another $16 to try another size. Feel ripped off.
