Trying to get hold of the company wan t to k know why my bike in not working,no response from the company, no response, thank you. Bad bad service from otto

Purchased white goods – No product received, no money refunded. Reported to my credit provider. Later through FB find out the company was reported to police and ACCC. Highly recommended not to purchase anything.

Fraud site beware – they have a phone number listed but it doesn't ring. They don't respond to emails or chat. This is a scam site. I would not order and pay for anything, you will loose your money.
